I opened a claim file on 08/30/20 for a file for which the processing time must not exceed 12 days, on 09/15 I re-launch and I am told that we will relaunch the manager, on 16 / 09 I am being asked for a doct that I had already provided but I joined it in the file, on 22/09 I received the same email asking me for the same document already attached in 3 copies in my file !! I call back and the person at such tells me that I must wait for a new relaunch from the manager, replying that I did not yet expect to wait 10 days she agrees to put a message saying that the docts have already been sent for that the manager reminds me. I am alone with a child and a large amount of leave, what a shame to drag out the files in length I will not recommend this insurance and will take the necessary steps if it does not respect its contract and the announced deadlines!
