DO NOT MOVE HERE
If I could give them a negative rating I will. This company is HORRIBLE. Sugar Pines and The Knolls Townhomes in Saint Louis, Mo. They are only friendly when it s time to renew leases. Verifying rental history they do not do because they don t want to lose good paying tenants however they DO NOT REPAIR ANYTHING CORRECTLY. I have experienced electrical, flooding, plumbing, leaks, no AC and them not verifying my rental history, which is perfect, when I refused to renew the lease. I was promised a better unit after management FORGOT to verify my rental history which lead to a denial. The unit is worst, AC out all the time and my apartment averages 82-89 degrees daily, day of move in upon entry the unit had a terrible odor due to the damaged carpet, file floor had rips and hole and sewage backup with fecal residue remains. All promises and no action. Contacted the corporate office several times and ALL TALK NO ACTION. All I can say is ***DO NOT MOVE HERE***

The management is very kind. And willing to help you out when you need it. It s a very quiet neighborhood, which I was nervous about but I seriously have no complaints about mt Carmel. I ve been here since Jan and I absolutely love it!!

They have made several positive changes the past s...

They have made several positive changes the past several months. The property manager Dee-Dee is a god sent angel, I'm so happy she is here. She has always made sure if there was anything I needed that it got taken care of quickly. If I have a concern she addresses it and she has always made me feel welcomed. Dee-Dee deserves employee of the month for Monarch and a huge bonus, she is the only reason why I renewed my lease along with the positive changes made here as well. I also appreciate that they do different things each month to keep residents happy. Buzz and his maintenance team are always friendly and professional.

I APPLIED TO MEADOW LARK APARTMENTS! DO NOT APPLY ...

I APPLIED TO MEADOW LARK APARTMENTS! DO NOT APPLY HERE! I applied and put down a $400 "holding fee". Then I was told I couldn't move into the apartment because the current leasers were renewing their lease. They told me I would receive my refund within 4-6 weeks via check which shouldn't take that long especially because Corporate is located in Georgetown, Co. I applied in July and have yet to receive my money back. They tried keeping my check stating I cancelled before the 72 hr timeframe when I WAS CALLED, SPOKE IN PERSON AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY RENEWED THEIR LEASE AND THIS IS WHY MY APP HAD BEEN DENIED. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY MONEY AND WILL BE FILING A BBB COMPLAINT AND FINDING A LAWYER

I live at Monarch property. I have been there for many years. I have always enjoyed my stay living there. Yes, I have and I will continue to refer others to live there. I have never had any problems living at Monarch Properties. They are prompt to fix any problems with maintenance work needed. They are always striving to make living at Monarch properties better for residents. I am satisfied.

The office manager Kristen is people friendly, helpful and happy to assist yo. I have only been here a few months but I am glad I am a resident. It s quiet during the evenings and neighbors are friendly. I like the great ideas the office comes up with to celebrates different occasions or holidays.

I currently rent from Bayberry Place Townhomes, in Columbus, Oh. This management group took over ownership 3 weeks ago different owners, same problems and promises made and broken. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMMUNITY. I have been dealing with roaches for 12 months, I have underlying health issues which have been exacerbated due to this issue. I m forced to move out but have to pay them 1958 to do so even though they broke their obligations in the lease TO CREATE A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, TO ABIDE BY HEALTH AND SAFETY CODES.

I live in their Woodridge property and it is horrible. I've been experiencing bedroom leakage from the ceiling and inside the blinds since 2019. I've asked for discount on the rent or move to a more livable apartment. I get no response. I've been very patient with asking for repairs and all they do is patch up work and I am faced with water pouring from the ceiling which leads to wet carpet and gnats. Instead of making repairs, the manager only offered me the opportunity to break my lease without any penalties.

So they rather for you to move out the complex rather than make repairs and retain tenants who pay their rent. It is either be forced to live in an inhabitable environment or move out, yet you better pay your rent on time. You hear from them regarding rent, but refuse to make repairs. It is very inconvenient & stressful for me to move therefore, but I can't continue to live like this, I have reached out for legal assistance. The pictures and the videos will blow your mind.

Imagine living somewhere that needs repairs and instead of making repairs to their property the only option they give you is to break your lease without penalties. Basically, we don't care about repairing anything, just move out is the perception I received. The exhaustion and no caring attitude of management is CRAZY!!! But I will be getting help immediately!!!
