My team and I enjoy working with Namely and have been happy with their products and service. They are constantly improving their software. Since joining my team has been able to streamline processes that were previously done manually such as Time and Attendance tracking, employee address changes, etc. We have a dedicated point of contact who is quick to respond to any question-big or small, whereas previously we had to call into a call center if we had any questions. Namely is also very willing to share their product roadmap. They have a client community platform where they encourage feedback, provide HR/Payroll compliance updates and provide easy access for you to talk with other namely clients.

Namely is a great, easy-to-use HR/payroll system that encourages engagement with employees of the company. It functions as a communication tool both from the company and from employees. Our employees enjoy using it to congratulate on anniversaries, birthdays or just to say great job! Benefit enrollment is simple for employees as it walks through the process step by step. Two thumbs up!

It's a win-win for all of the personalities in your company and is a lifesaver for an HR team of 1. In our first year with Namely, so far so good. The customer service and reliability is amazing. The professionalism of the integrated teams is not common in Payroll Software. My favorite part is, I have the same contact all the time. When I call or email it is to a person and not a machine. Finally, the app is AWESOME!

Namely is a comprehensive talent management platform. They are a true partner that is solutions-oriented and incorporates their client feedback into their product updates. All platforms have their quirks, but we have no complaints with Namely. Their platform serves as our one true source of employee data. Their open API capability has allowed us to integrate / pull data into other applications and systems within our organization's information technology ecosystem. The user experience on the admin and employee side is excellent as well.

Can't imagine another HRIS! Moving to Namely has been one of the best decisions we made. The clean and easy-to-use interface helps me in onboarding, payroll, etc. and reduces the need to always work through software with employees (plus, there are training resources for basic tasks). The payroll module is straight-forward and easy to use - I spend minimal time running payroll, and if there is an issue, Namely is quick to respond. The customer service I've received has been top notch - we have one point of contact for HR/payroll and they help get answers when needed. We also use their benefits which helps simplify things as well (and great customer service there too!).

Great all-in-one software program for small to mid-size businesses. Easy to use for workforce management, payroll, and benefits administration. One of the best software implementations I've been through.
