Generally speaking, ok ... Too expensive, but ok ... The pool is beautiful, the "massagers" at the pool don't work for an hour, the sauna doesn't work anymore than it does ... The playroom is like any other ... People are kind, but I guess that's normal. I ran out at the pool, and the comment of the employees was "on the edge of the pool for sure" there is no right now, no how, where ... I don't understand what's with the kindness

Used to stay there just one time on my way to Montenegro. Definitely a place to stay. Clean, quiet, nice spa, different types of sauna, good and cheap Balkan food at their restaurant. The breakfast was potentially the best and most diverse breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. The terrace at the restaurant was also a big plus added to the breakfast. My expericence with them was 100% positive in 2016.

Beautiful place, rooms clean and luxurious, we were in a premium apartment. Staff friendly, pool nice (only small )
What I would point out is the quality of the breakfast, the huge selection, the homemade food, not the cheap Hungarian salami and cheeses I ate all over Europe.
I have not eaten such good food in any hotel where I have been (Belgrade, Frankfurt, Mannheim, Vienna, St Gallen, Egypt ...)

Nice, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Good convention hall. Boarding meals are excellent. Extremely rich and quality buffet. Suitable for families with young children. Playroom within the hotel. All the best.

Fully lazy atmosphere. Modern, comfy rooms. Pool, playground, spa. Food is great and abundant. For some minimal amount, a lot of things get for free !!!!

Hotel is good. Clean, tidy, staff is responsive and kind, what you expect is what you get. On the other hand, spa was slightly dissapointing. Facilities are ok, but too small. Pool was overcrowded, I literary had no space to step anywhere close to it. Placing towel near the pool was mission impossible. The same stands for sauna. Have in mind that it was a rainy day and most of the visitors were looking for entertainment at the spa, but still..

Excellent hotel, good service. In a nice place, ideal for staying with children. Within the hotel there is a children's playroom, as well as a shop Mone. Parking available, open and closed.

The food is excellent and kind staff, but the rooms are crammed, bathing coats are additionally paid 400 rsd per person per day. If you come with a child, the dog's herbs that you have taken have more rights. The interior slowly loses its former glow, the only high price of accommodation remains unchanged, too much for the service that is offered.

Good food. The place is great for families with small children. A modest spa center.

Generally speaking it's ok, but the staff on reception could be much more polite, especially the staff member Ostoja. It also could be cleaner. The food is great, and it that sense I'm satisfied.

All praise, above all for the wonderful and friendly hotel staff. It is ideal to go with small children. We were with the baby and something that was most important to me I did not buy piggy banks but they prepared them for us in the restaurant so you can at any time you want to order them to make you cash, salty or sweet from ingredients which you want. We will be happy to be guests again. Greetings

The prices are high but with regard to the service and the quality is really worth it

Ne znam kakvo je iskustvo kada se ide na zimu u Monu, ali leti je fantasticno. Hotel je divan. Mislim sa sam videla da je neko napisao da ne postoji klima u sobi, postoji samo nije u obliku klime nego se nalazi nesto na zidu, nisam sigurna kako to da se objasni. Imala sam iskustvo sa 2 vrste soba. Superior soba i porodicna soba (ili tako nesto nisam sigurna za naziv) i obe su bile mnogo lepe, toalet cist uredan. Mana je bila u tome sto u porodicnoj sobi gde kazu 2 osnovna lezaja plus mogu 2 dodatna smo prvih dana dobijali peskire i bade-mantile kao da nas je 2 u sobi, a ne 4. Kasnije smo im rekli i odmah su nam doneli duplo uz izvinjenje. Takodje jos jedna mogu reci mana jeste do da ako se izgubi kartica place se 500 dinara, ali to vam samo moze znaciti da cuvate karticu.
Igraonica je odlicna za decu i devojke koje rade su divnee. Bazen je jako lep, postoje lezaljke gde mozete ostaviti stvari, spa (saunu itd...) nism probala, ali su mi mnogi rekli da je mnogo dobra. Wellness za decu ispod cini mi se 12/13/14 godina rdi do 18h, a za odrasle do 21h. Deca ispod 12/13/14 godina mogu posetiti Wllness uz pratnju roditelja. Imate i svoje ormarice u sklopu Wellness-a i svlacionice da se presvucete. Za teretanu sve moguce pohvale. S obzirom da je hrana u restoranu malo je reci predobra i da ima po svacijem ukusu i da se najedete kao prvoga dana teretana jako dobro dodje. Tradicionalni restoran nismo probali, ali za onaj za svedskim stolom sve pohvale. Ogroman, komforan, veliki broj stolova i stolica cak i oko 10/15 hranilica za malu decu.

It's a set but it's worth every pair you take for luxury

An excellent hotel, spa and children's playroom, a suggestion that the wheelchairs can not get into, ramps for the cart are there but they are so steep that they can not be used.

Frankly, I expected more than a 4-star hotel. The first thing that's not right at all is that as soon as we get into the room everything feels like cigarettes. We thought it was just up to the room, but others complain about the same thing and it looks like ventilation. Breakfast is PREBRUTALAN. Extremely, brilliant, versatile. A clean dozen, however, the smell is the biggest problem. The other thing is that the walls are too thin. Everything is heard.

A really great place to rest. We are here for the first time and we certainly plan to come again. Nice and clean rooms, bed comfortable. Hygiene at a very high level. Wellness center excellent. The best impression leaves the saunas, which have more than one species, and provide pleasure for everyone. All in all a great place! See you again :)

The best and most expensive hotel on Zlatibor. They have a lot of good action deals. Hotel Sadrzi everything that can come to your mind.

Ok hotel that does not provide anything special. Not very logical system elevators at the hotel. Breakfast ok. Rooms with an irritating climate that could not be turned off.

I liked this place, although I only went to coffee, as it seems quite decent at first glance. Cafes, restaurants, a children's playroom, and above all a kind and attentive staff that is always available to the guests and who are happy to meet.

The staff is more than friendly, the game room perfect as well as the animators, the food is varied, delicious, excellent, the wellness is good but small, there are not enough beds for all guests. Parking is provided, rooms are clean, room renovations are needed, the overall impression is great.

Expected better spa/swimming pool, poor breakfast. Other things are fine.

Very central hotel, large parking, comfort room is spacious, restaurant clean and food in it is right, domestic. Mana is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, also the hotel is not adapted to the movement with a small baby and stroller, a steep ramp for the passage.

I would start with the fact that the hotel is beautiful at first glance, it can be seen that it used to be prestigious, luxurious, but now it is ripe for a complete renovation. The rooms are very clean but all the furniture is worn and old and the prices have probably stayed the same so that the reputation of the hotel would not deteriorate. The pool is very small for a hotel of this size, but since this is currently the situation with the corona virus, a two-hour appointment is scheduled (otherwise there would be chaos from the crowd). The staff is friendly, the breakfast is excellent, the food is delicious and varied. The disadvantage is that in the summer, when it is normal for your window to be open, you can hear all the music from cafes and the noise of busy streets. For someone who loves peace, I would recommend hotels that are located further from the center of Zlatibor, which has been a fair for years, and currently looks like a construction site because buildings, apartments, etc. are being built all around.
