Great hotel with great service. Rooms are nice and cozy. Staff is really nice and willing to help you with anything you might need. Hotel is in the centre of Zlatibor and shops are few meters away from the hotel.

The hotel itself is okay - the spa area should be spiced up with little things ... Cold water in the evening even though 36 degrees are indicated.

Breakfast buffet is OK - also still expandable.

On the whole, okay for family vacations.

An extra service, a spa could be a bit higher, but it does not diminish the enjoyment. Food and selection of high-level beverages.

All of the staff is great! There are three pools and kids playroom. Very tasty and diverse breakfast. It just needs a little bit of renovation to shine bright!

Bargain the hotel for what it offers. There is no toothbrush in the toilet, there is no cavity. hair shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are in one bottle. Shower cabin no door. The breakfast is good. All in all, it's not worth more than 40 euros, not 150 as much as I paid. There's no power plug near the bed, there's one next to the TV, but it has to get up. The curtain does not dim the room enough.

Hotel is o.k. Very good situated in Zlatibor, near town centar. It has its own parking. During winter period hotel is very COLD. Heating is poor.

The room temperature at 18 degrees. We froze for 2 days while they repaired. One waiter to a full hotel of guests. Room service departs within an hour. As a longtime guest I am very disappointed. Big drop for this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Good parking spaces. It is very convenient and friendly. There are accompanying facilities. Nice for couples with children.

The hotel is very well located, parking available, staff friendly. Some little things can be repaired (bathrooms already have their sores related to a shower of water on the shower or a lack of a bath tub) but the overall impression is very good. Spa is nice but smaller for so much capacity but for business nights and shorter vacations superior room great !!

This hotel is certainly not in proportion to price and quality. I stayed in Mona's apartment and in terms of keeping room hygiene and changing bedding below every minimum level. Five days nobody cleaned the room nor changed the bedding. I will certainly not visit Mona Hotel again. Assessment for hygiene 1.

Ask how many children are staying. Otherwise there is no room at the pool.

The only remark is that there is a lot of moisture in the bathroom, so I'm unpleasant. The food is excellent, with accompanying amenities as well. The great thing is that you can leave your children to bed and rest a bit. I would like to come again.

Shame on what the service is and what the prices are! As the best hotel on Zlatibor, it must be a mistake of our tourist organization! TV is reluctant! The phone does not work! The room smells like tobacco so it can not sleep in it!
