My friend and I went there for brunch. We ordered 3 appetizers to share. The service was excellent and attentive. The price too was extremely reasonable given the amount of food and great service we had. They also didn t rush us and let us stayed to catchup with each other. Tip: make sure you make reservation in advance.

Yum yum. Was able to convince my somewhat less than food adventurous father to come here after a show. I'm a sucker for Asian food, and he was satisfied by their "New American with Asian-influence" angle. Delicious. We both thoroughly enjoyed the kimchi-bacon burger. Granted, the decor is a bit like eating in an oversized tent

I am a fan of David Chang joints. So I tried this place out with my wife and another couple. Everything we ordered was great. We tried the folie gras, brussel sprouts (the best I've ever had), braised pork (so tender) and the Fried Chicken plate which was big enough for all four of us, Unfortunately it menu changes daily, so the stuff you read on the reviews probably isn't there anymore. Service was pretty good, they were good paced for the most part. Didn't bother with cocktails as they were $12-$15.

The best thing is that the Milkbar is right upstair so grab some Crack Pie or Compost Cookies for dessert to go!

The ceviche was good, but not as good as some of the other momofuku locations. The pork belly buns are stellar though. Worth the trip for the buns alone. The place is a little hard to find, but it's a cool location with friendly service. Both the hostess and bartender where I ate were very nice. Exactly what you'd expect for this caliber of restaurant.

Sad to post a one star review on my favorite restaurant. Agree with the last review 100% on customer service. My party felt totally unwelcome at your restaurant. As the previous reviewer mentioned the two girls at the front seemed uninterested in helping us. Food had always been great, but service is key. Will not return to this location.

I had the rice cakes for dinner and possibly because of the amount of garlic in it, for hours I had the worst heartburn in years and finally vomited the whole meal :(. To make it worse the dish didn't even taste good with a weird sourness so I had only eaten at best 1/5 of it. The pork buns weren't as good as the ones I had had before, the pork itself was flavorless. Crack pie was nice.

The best item on the menu is the grilled short rib - truly fantastic. The cabbage pancake was both unusual and delicious. The cart service in addition to the menu was unique - select the pork buns. Perfect service - wonderful experience.

Tasty but pricey. We ate in the upper bar area, which is much more intimate than the dining room below. The bartender and kitchen staff provided excellent service. Add another star if you're on an expense account and don't have to pay the bill yourself.

Unfortunately, shortly after this review is/was published, this one of a kind David Chang gem-of-an-institution will/was closed. This downed-to-earth Asian influenced and constantly changing kitchen, has been my weekly dinner and study date spot for the last 3 years. If you're in the hood before June 2018, hop in and try as much as you can from the menu. The kimchi burger, broccoli salad, crispy rice cakes, whatever meat is on the menu, leave room for the fried chicken, and God oh God please eat the crack pie.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I booked this place for a party of 8. A few people from my party couldn't make it so I was forced to cancel my reservations. This slimy restaurant charged my credit card on file 25.00 PER PERSON for a total of
$200.00! They tell you before-hand if you cancel your reservations - your card will be charged 25.00.. however, they don't tell you it will be PER PERSON.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a little hard to find because it is inside a narrow building marked "momofuko", but when you open the door it is a place called "Milk". You have to walk to the back to find the host stand and then they take you downstairs to Ma Peche. The vibe was very cool considering the subterranean location. The food was good, but the menu is pretty small. We ate everything except the "bacon" in my daughter's steam buns because it was pork belly and that's technically bacon, but not what she was expecting. It was just too blubbery for her. Everything else was delish.

The delicious food is from local ingredients. The pork buns are really good. There is a varity of appetizers. The ribs and monk fish were very good. The service was good. Moderately priced. They get crowded on weekends. Be prepared for long lines.

A great place to have brunch! The place is not crowded and easy for intimate conversation between friends on Sunday morning. The size of the dishes are large, so be ready to share. My friend and I tried Pork buns and chicken waffles, and they are tasty! Waitress was very friendly, and we had a great brunch experience here.

Ehh, have eaten there 3 times and I guess I'm not that impressed. Food is kind of grease and very salty. The avocado salad was good. I also had the lamb ribs and again, too much fat for me.
