Gladys went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that my issue was resolved. I was unable to download essential software, which she resolved immediately. Then, she not only made sure that I had access to the software, but she took me through many steps to train me on the most strategic ways to use the software, giving me tips and guiding me through every facet that I will need to employ to have the best outcome. Her professionalism, kindness and patience are all to be commended. Thank you!!!
