Very heavy on the smoke smell even in the non smoking area (get better filters in HVAC please), but otherwise, a blast. Lives up to the Mohegan name and isn't overly crowded even on the busiest of days.

I have been to many casinos and this one was by far the worst experience. I waited over 30 minutes when my slot machine malfunctioned to have someone come and fix it for me. Will definitely not be going back

This facility has everything under one roof and is very convenient. Hotel, bars, comedy club, casino with slots and tables, horse racing, restaurants. You don't have to leave once you're in. The hotel room was small, but the luxury bathroom was large. We had a fun stay.

Very nice place, but very expensive. The smoking policy is disgusting, it's the first building I've been in years that still allows smoking indoors. And the designated smoking areas are useless since the smell just drifts throughout the building...

Hotel and accomodations are sub-par at best. Booked a 2x queen, 2 days. AT $280+ a night, The room was clean, but very limited. Did not have basics such as microwave and mini fridge. No spare pillows, no spare blankets. We asked for maid service to draw the beds, do their job etc.....nope. I get the casino being a big scam and robbing your of your cash, but the hotel? Yep. The no mini fridge aspect makes u purchase the ridiculously priced cold beverages in the vending machine, or go downstairs to the casino floor, which really is quite a hike from the casino. No microwave, yeah after a day of skiing, my knees took a beating, no way to heat or cool a compress.
Casino was average at best, but had all games. Not enough Keno or Roulette, I think I saw one of those electronic roulette tables, and one standard table, that was it. The one thing that really irritated me was that waitresses would actually tell people they need to actively play to drink! NO CLASS. I was taking a break from the gambling, watching my wife who was ACTIVELY playing the slots, and even with clear evidence of me ACTIVELY playing(BIG WHITE CASH VOUCHER IN HAND), it wasnt active enough for that free watered down sugar water they call an adult beverage, and had to remind me of such.....and that's when we left. This was not an isolated case, I had heard this line a few times, always followed up by "it's not me, its management."
Food. Ok food was ok. Rustic Kitchen was OUTSTANDING. Buffet, fairly typical.
I would say between my casino and hotel experiences in NY, NJ, LV, MD, CO and PA this falls at the bottom. Not quite sure who is giving this place a 3* and better review, but there's much better out there for the buck.

Cheers!

Absolute worst customer service
from a front desk manager Clair with the big chest tattoo completely blew us off and with zero regard. Had better service at the Holiday inn the last time we where in town.

Not worth it. Miserable people. Over priced. Two days ago a father took his daughter in there for some ice cream at ben and gerrys. The father took a heart attack there. The poor little girl (who is about 6 ) asked the employees from there for help. And they all laughed at her. While she was crying.

Fun time ! But make sure your ID is nice and clean so they can scan it through machines! Got stuck up front for a while because my partners ID was old (not in the best shape) had to wait about 15 minutes for them to figure it out

Finding the entrance to the hotel in this complex is challenging. Finding parking is even more challenging. But the hotel is beautiful and with all the restaurants onsite, it's very convenient.

First time there. Had a single non smoking room. Was very nice and clean. The king size bed was really comfortable and shower was also good. The casino floor is ok. There are alot of slot machines and a few table games. There is a higher roller room which is mainly slot machines but has couple table games. I wish there were more table games or even a poker room instead of all the slot machines. The casino is in the center like a circle and on the outside is all the different restaurants, bars, and couple stores. The burgers at wolf gang puck express were the best I've had in the area. Prices were decent for inside a casino. Overall had a good experience and will be back

For being the second to the last reward level you would think I would be treated like prince...barely ever offered a refreshment! Considering I drive 45 minutes to come here play alittle and have fun it seems as when I walk in and it s Halloween town where color has faded not in the flashing lights and decorations and machines....... but the people s color faded...there is not many jumping for joy, due to lack of actual profit what s so ever... although if you wish to gamble responsibly.... start off with not gambling here! Would love to have a sit down with my host! Hope to hear from them!

Be prepared to show your ID.. every 10 mins.. The staff harasses anyone that looks under 40, every single time you leave the casino floor and try to re enter ( All the bathrooms are outside the casino floor so you must re enter every time by showing ID, then you have to show ID to the girls taking drink orders, then to get into the bars, then at the bar, then in the lobby, then trying to walk to the food court.
ITS SOOOOO annoying. They need to figure out a system that shows your 21...(Wrist bands, tags, something!!!! ) I went to Vegas for a week and wasn't asked for my ID that much!!

Also it would have been REALLY nice to know that beers are free on the casino floor (Drafts), not one girl told us this the 5 hours we were playing games.... They only asked us what bottled beers we wanted..... so we payed about $10 for two beers, all day long... Thanks...

Also why put all these nice restaurants in the casino, then have no fridge or microwave in the rooms? You want us to drop all this money Eating food, but then not be able to take any left overs into our rooms for an over night stay.. once again annoying... If you want over $300 for a room on a Saturday night you can at least give us a fridge to put stuff in... Saw people bringing coolers... really? why should i have to pack a cooler, if i am dropping $300 on a room??

Over all we had a decent time... A little smoky for my liking.. Had to wash all my clothes as soon as i arrived home... People are smoking everywhere... Just a heads up... Not sure if i would go back... between being harassed and the smoke it was an okay time....

The rooms are nice but for the price that you pay on the weekend they should be nicer. A fridge and microwave would be nice. The concierge service is a joke! If you're not from the area and you want to do something your best bet is to try google!

I am disabled with a walker. I needed to get to a place to sit comfortable due to the fact I felt a seizure coming on. From the machines, I could not get out and the man/usher told me to walk arkubdt. The way its set up now, if you are disabled, no emergency exit access. Also when car was brought up, instead of taking the vehjcl to where I could exit with my walker, I had to walk to the handicap access then to the car. The kid would not bring the car to where it was acessible for me.

Not the friendliest employees it's systemic, starting from valet too security and wait staff including the people in suites all are mostly rude. I found it very difficult to navigate getting on and off the casino floor.
