Hotel and accomodations are sub-par at best. Booked a 2x queen, 2 days. AT $280+ a night, The room was clean, but very limited. Did not have basics such as microwave and mini fridge. No spare pillows, no spare blankets. We asked for maid service to draw the beds, do their job etc.....nope. I get the casino being a big scam and robbing your of your cash, but the hotel? Yep. The no mini fridge aspect makes u purchase the ridiculously priced cold beverages in the vending machine, or go downstairs to the casino floor, which really is quite a hike from the casino. No microwave, yeah after a day of skiing, my knees took a beating, no way to heat or cool a compress.
Casino was average at best, but had all games. Not enough Keno or Roulette, I think I saw one of those electronic roulette tables, and one standard table, that was it. The one thing that really irritated me was that waitresses would actually tell people they need to actively play to drink! NO CLASS. I was taking a break from the gambling, watching my wife who was ACTIVELY playing the slots, and even with clear evidence of me ACTIVELY playing(BIG WHITE CASH VOUCHER IN HAND), it wasnt active enough for that free watered down sugar water they call an adult beverage, and had to remind me of such.....and that's when we left. This was not an isolated case, I had heard this line a few times, always followed up by "it's not me, its management."
Food. Ok food was ok. Rustic Kitchen was OUTSTANDING. Buffet, fairly typical.
I would say between my casino and hotel experiences in NY, NJ, LV, MD, CO and PA this falls at the bottom. Not quite sure who is giving this place a 3* and better review, but there's much better out there for the buck.

Cheers!
