We went their for an event to the rustic kitchen which was amazing

The Hotel is beautiful. The shops are great. The eater was my favorite place until they got rid of the ice cream shop. Not sure what they are going to put in its place. However I do not like the casino floor. Its too cramped. Other places have room to move between the machines where at Mohegan you constantly trying not to bump someone. Its like they decided to put in as many machines as physically possible. Its horrible.

Why is it impossible to find an event at the Mohegan Sun Pocono Convention Center?

On my way driving onto the grounds of the complex, I found no signs directing me to the event I was attending.
While stopping at the valet entrance to the casino, the several Casino employees I asked for directions, none knew of the event.

At the entrance doors to the convention center, there were no signs or marque.

On the Mohegan Sun Pocono website, before and on the event date, the event was NOT listed.

Great food, good atmosphere....people are very friendly.

Place sucks tired of going up there and loosing my paycheck every week

Just wish they had more than one of my favorite machine "Rakin it in" because it seems like everytime I go it's always taken so I get all bummed out since I go just for that machine

The restaurants are clean and food is good. Rooms are clean and if you need anything it is resolved immediately. I have included a morning picture

Security bad service tell me how I couldn't get in the casino being a loyal member for years but my ID expired so they wouldn't let me inside the casino clearly you could see it's me on the picture and they have me on the system I'm so sure they even have a picture in the system because I made a membership and had my members card.

I truly enjoy going to Mohegan sun Pocono casino! They have very friendly & courtious staff members... I usually go there once a week to try my luck and enjoy the multicultural diversity of the staff & patrons!

There is so much to do at Mohegan Sun. We had dinner and drinks and even played the slots for a while. It was a good time.

Stop at Molly O'Sheas for happy hour, 5 to 7 pm. 1/2 off drafts. Can't beat a $3 Guinness.

Very clean, room was awesone. Staff was very friendly, casio experience was not what I expected just Because I personally do not smoke and they allow smoking on the casino floor. I returned to my room smelling like cigarette smoke. I was only on the floor for 45 minutes. Otherwise great place to stay and I will return again soon.

Great place to visit even if you are not a gambler. Large variety of food, bars, and entertainment. Try the clubhouse at the racetrack; it's off the beaten path, a gem.

Hotel is very nice. Restaurants are great. Casino is a bonus - don't go there looking to get rich and retire and you'll be fine.

Good slot selection. My friend had luck at the tables.

Great atmosphere!! I love the variety of stores and restraunts located within the casino. Plenty of tables and machines to play ranging from the penny grove up to the high stakes lounge. Haven't caught a horse race but track looks well maintained.

Very nice area, I do not like smoking but there are sections that are non-smoking and surprisingly you did not have any of the residual smell from the smokers.

Dealers are always getting 21 your return of your money is terrible I b Ave been going there for 3 years and maybe walked out with a hundred dollars good luck you well need it

The 65 minute wait for my car was less than desirable.

You cannot compare this one to the one in Connecticut. This one is simply god awful, especially if you're not old as dirt. Employees are extremely rude, and in order to access any portion of the casino you are carded numerous times. They have 5-10 ID checking stations throughout. Avoid this place like the plague. It really is not enjoyable at all. We drove down to Sands in Bethlehem and had a great time.

Covid =no machines I like open for slots.. that being said still lost every penny.... Won't go back till things are normal

Seems to be less curated, fewer counter service restaurants and no upgrades to the rooms.

No jaquazzi, no Continental Breakfast and the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was sunken they need to flip mattresses.

We ate and drank at the Rustic Kitchen. It was great service and food. The waitresses were friendly. There was not a lot of people on the casino when we went but it was a fun atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my stay. With the exception of a hiccup at the check in, which they more than made up for with a free room upgrade, the staff, service, and accommodations are exceptional! I enjoyed the casino, shopping, dining a d the convention I attended. Thank you for a great visit!

It's a fun place. I enjoy the bars and Ben & Jerry's.

Loved the service. Even though not everyone may have had the same experience, I didn't require anything special. So, was ok, no complaints

Had a blast! Went for my buddies birthday and the dealers all helped us play the games better...will deff be back! Just couldnt have alcohol while we were there...all restaurants were closed at that point...only complaint otherwise great experience

Pretty good place. It's a casino, so, a lot of it is overpriced.

1st time there. Liked the place a lot. I appreciated the no smoking sections and I lost about 140. But I had a good time losing..

Casino seems cramped with no barrier between smoking and non smoking, but it was pretty fun there.

The staff just isn't up to the challenge. Well below par. Most? Actually very rude...like Ryan at the checkout desk. Gaming? Very weak. No more than a mild diversion. There are much better casinos to spend your entertainment money in.

It was nice. The food could have been better. But the place was beautiful.

It's a okay casino, I just wish it was a lot bigger.
