Great casino. We had our christmas party here. Fun was had by all!

Terrible! Had some of the games roped off. Could not play them. Buffet restaurant is closed during the week. Johnny rocket is only restaurant reasonable to eat at.

I don't like casinos, so that should be taken into account. Smoky and sad. Service was great at the front desk! Didn't eat at any of their restaurants.

What can I say it is a little confusing to get in or to fine the places.

Usually walk away with little extra cash hit a jackpot couple years back...people and atmosphere is better than some other casinos i've been to

Very clean and safe except patrons should not be allowed to wear gloves. I am an RN and this is disgusting !

Went to Timbers buffet for dinner Easter evening. Love eating at Timbers. Huge variety of food, always delicious. Staff is very friendly and pleasant.

The room was clean, as was the entire hotel and casino. Staff was friendly and we had a good experience with everyone who we interacted with. What now can you ask for? Visit the rustic kitchen and get some food too. Stay away from bar Louie. Dirty. Hotel was great though. We would go again.

Very dirty room! Very noisy air conditioner. The bathroom has a sensor light system, when you take a shower after maybe 10 minutes, the light goes out! So good luck taking shower in the dark!

Being 18 years old I wasn't able to go on the casino floor. It was a good looking floor with a wide variety of games seen from the outside. There were areas with smoking and some without. I was there primarily for food. I stopped at Johnny rockets which had excellent burgers and friendly and funny wait staff. After I stopped at Wetzel pretzels and got some great cinnamon bites

Party on the patio was great. The casino itself takes too long for elderly people to exit the floor to the bathrooms. My grandmothet walks with a cane and she had to walk far out of the way to use them .. tbe exits should be closer

As soon as you start to win, your machine will lock up, and they will come "re start it " like clock work

The smoke is everywhere. Casinos have to do a better job if they expect to attract new customers. Cough, cough...

The room was nice can't complain even though tv didn't work.

This visit was from 3/13/17 thru 3/16/17 we stayed an extra day do to the outcome of a snow storm. DO NOT GO HERE

When we first arrived we did not go through the main entrance but rather the side entrance. The hotel entrance? I dropped my girlfriend off with the bags, and gave her a little cash in case one of the Bellman came and decided to help with the bags. When I finally parked the car and I walked in I saw her still standing there with the bags. Not one employee was to be seen.
When we went to check in the couple behind us was taken first, when I explained to the employee that we were clearly next in line he looked at me like I just pissed in his Cheerios. We checked in and when we got to our room I noticed that one of the bathroom lights was out above the vanity and one of the complimentary bottles of water looked like it was opened and someone has already drank out of it. I called the front desk telling them of this the woman on the phone was understanding and said that the issues would be resolved immediately, they NEVER were.
I noticed there was mold growing where the countertop and the sink meet I guess housekeeping overlooked it. The shower looked pretty good except the fact that the door leaks not because it's broken just it's a bad design. If you don't have a towel on the ground you could possibly flood the bathroom. The casino was uninviting, many slots were down, and not many tables were open. We did not get lucky in the casino and as everyone says the slots never payout which they didn't. We ate dinner in the food court had a couple of drinks at the bar and that was it because there was nothing to do in the form of entertainment except the uninviting casino. That night the snowstorm hit completely trapping us in the casino. The snow storm caused almost everything except the casino, one of the food court options, the most expensive restaurant The Steakhouse and one of the bars to be closed. With almost nothing to do for entertainment except the casino we decided to turn in early hopeful that we would be able to leave the next day.
We were not, the roads were not clear, we had to stay an extra day. NOT a surprise was housekeeping s lack of doing their job. We made several requests to have our room made up but to no prevail. Even calling the front desk which did nothing.
The trip was not worth. The casino felt uninviting, the employees never smiled. The food was subpar. Never going back.
Save your money do not stay or even go here.

The hotel was clean sanitizer stations outside of every elevator all throughout the casino.Personel were there to make sure masks were worn .

Not only don't you win but if you are sitting in parking lot waiting for someone to come out they harass you. I think mount airy is so much better. I play longer with my money.

My friend was chased down, and told she was no longer allowed to be in the casino because she had a piece of paper that showed her id was updated. we have been going to this casino for months now.'it was never an issue until this one night. There was 4-5 employees following us and staring and us. Ridiculous. We have all been coming here for months. Very displeased .

The room and bathroom was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Room lacked a table or refrigerator which was very inconvenient. Did not have room service at all. The smoke smell in the lobby was overwhelming and even worse around casino area which made the restaurants unappealing. Casino was average. Spa was nice and relaxing but you will not be able to get in without an appointment. Hotel was ok if you were there to gamble, drink and smoke not so if you are interested in laying back and relaxing.

Really like the renovated look and feel of Bar Louie. It's nice and open and doesn't feel so dark! Great place to relax and have a drink and something to eat when you need a break.

We love visiting here and staying here. Clean place with a large variety of games and friendly helpful staff .

The food was good, I just get a headache from whatever airfreshener/disinfectant they use in the air. My family enjoys it though.

We stayed Wednesday June 13th and the hotel room was ok. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the pillows were too soft for me. We got to the casino at 9 PM and went to dinner at the Rustic Kitchen and as usual the food was great. About half way through dinner phones went crazy as a tornado warning was issued. Lights flickered and died in the restaurant and dinner was suddenly over. Management and staff at Rustic Kitchen were calm and explained what was going on. Using flashlights to escort each table out safely. Shortly afterwards an announcement came over the PA system stating the power in the casino would be out in 10 minutes and the everyone should cash out immediately. On our way to the room it was explained that the rooms would have no power. Some casino/hotel employees seemed flustered and rushed but took the time to explain what was going on to people who were starting to panic.

I work at a restaurant in the casino. I dont usually go there for anything other than work. However the layout is easy to follow. It is a big circle so you will find what you are looking for eventually

Cigarette smoking is allowed in the building. Smells terrible.

Food was alright. Very colorful and nice but I don't really gamble.

A average size casino. Clean and we'll maintained. A good mix of dining options as we'll as gambling options.

Hotel is very nice, the smoke smell turns me off a little bit.
