I enjoy Moe's food however in this location no one preparing food had on hair nets. One employee couldn't stop talking & laughing long enough to actually assist the customers in a timely manner. She saw line forming & still kept up her foolishness not even caring how customers were looking at her (I'm sure they were on their lunch break like I was). There was a half drank juice sitting in the ice where the drinks are for the customers which also belonged to this same female.. I know this because this was one of the things she was laughing about

Dave was terrible. I have relatives who work at Moes so I've been eating at moes for a few years now. Service was great by the person who prepared my food. Both spoke English and Spanish so I could communicate with them perfectly. Dave shouted to one of the ladies making my food if she was double scooping so he can charge me extra. He stated she needs to put less on everyone food, she replied she did the normal amount. Dave was awful to state that in front of a customer. He was also extremely rude stating they had lost money the previous days. I personally think these conversations should happen behind doors not in the work area near customers. I also wanted to buy a few bottle of sodas as we are working outside, but all they had beside fountain drink was water. I've been to other moes where they have beer, soda, water and many other option besides fountain drinks. I won't be going back to this location.

This place is better than Chipotle for vegetarians as their rice is cooked in water unlike chicken broth in Chipotle. Also, one of their beans are cooked in water and the other one in chicken broth. Forgot which one. Their salsa bar is way better than Chipotle and they have funky flavors of 5 different salsa. I also like that moes has whole wheat tortilla option as well as the normal one. Chipotle has only the bleached flour one.

Wow what an unfortunate visit. It's 5:30PM on a Friday - dinner time. I have been working outdoors, I need to get something to eat, and I have two places to go, one south of downtown, and one north. I stop for food. I need to eat. When I walk in, I am surprised how empty the place is for dinner time. There is no one in line. I walk up to the counter, looking at all the foods behind the plexiglass. The male worker in the cooking / food area motions to me and tells me, "Wait." He is in the middle of a hush hush conversation, as he is telling something, Some kind of Advice? Some kind of , "How you handle this," life lesson to another male worker who looks pretty detached and not having a good time. They are in the moment, all quiet talk intense. So I wait. Dude keeps talking and ignoring me. Then, I tell myself, "Okay I am going to slowly count to ten" and silently I say to myself, "one... two... three... four" (I really want to place my order and get dinner) "five... six... seven... eight.... nine... ten...." Dude is still completely ignoring me and basically has refused my order until he gets done with his private conversation.

What's going on here? Is this guy elevated with Atlanta privilege where he can be this way on the frontline of a work environment? It is embarrassing. I feel bad for him, for the store, for the Ponce de Leon retail corridor, and for my ownself for wasting my time with this untrained, unmanaged, unclean, unsupervised trifling retail business.

I quietly make a u-turn, as I need to go buy dinner somewhere and I have places to be. I have obligations. Well this gets dude's attention. He's say something and I tell him, "Hey You need to wipe off the tops of the soda machine and coffee machine, they're covered in dust." He replies, "Would you please shut my door," to which I reply, "This is not your door and you do not own this business, and if you did you'd have my money right now." Yes, I am not happy and I am not going to take my money that I struggle and work for and hand it over to a person who overtly disrespects me, and I am a complete stranger to them.

I was at the this Ponce de Leon Moe's a week ago and I sent pictures to a friend of the grime on the soda and coffee machines. It's disgusting.

1. Your shop is not clean and supervised.
2. You worker is not trained and there is no owner on site.
3. And your "brown rice" is not brown rice, btw.

Yes I went down the street to the Cookout so I could get on with my life, and not get stuck in a mouse trap. You know, if you don't want to serve food, you should not work in food service. To the owner, take a break from the golf course in Alpharetta and tell this worker if they do not greet and accept food order from a customer, if it happens again bye bye.

Edit: Tonight went to Willy's to get a burrito. As it was close to closing time, I called ahead. Walked in the door, no issue, ready to go. I said to the workers, "Man! I tried to do business with Moe's on Ponce de Leon Ave and (step back!) the attitude! And I don't even know you!" The Willy's worker said, "Yes, they act like someone peed in their Cornflakes."

(MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO 2 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE, OR THE EMPLOYEES WILL DEGRADE YOU!) Service has completely changed in to the WORST! a series of events has made my decision for this review. Unfortunately, I will have to travel out my way to go to a better quality Moe's. This location is employed with plethora of unprofessional individuals. They do not value their customers!, respect towards customers is out of the question. I truly became disappointment in this location because It is near my home , but I will travel far for at least OK service. The amount of food is extremely low from other professional Moe's ! The manager speedy adds on to the inappropriate conversations around employees. The employees , talked about "Dates with Hennessy", "Smoking Marijuana", and other content that is completely unacceptable.

This place seems to be popular with families, so watch out for running kids. I ve come a few times before at all hours and have never been served with a smile. The last time I was here I walked in at 8:10pm and they had the ingredients line put away and tried to convince me to eat to-go. I stayed, but wasn t able to get any refills on my drinks as they shut all that off at 8:40pm. I totally understand closing up shop, but that was just aggravating. C mon Moes.

The food is good, and the people are cheerful. But there is very little of it on the plate! They just don't believe in putting any salad in their salads. I've been going there for a few weeks, just going to have to go somewhere else.

Upon arrival, the lot was clean then walked inside and the tables and seats were filthy. Garbage needed attention. The fresh sauce condiments wasn't properly rotated on the bar leaving the mango sauce with an old, musty taste! Yuck! The salt and pepper shakers was dirty and was not in it's proper place next to the sauce on the bar. The tortillas was stale and not warm as I am use to from other places. The online menu prices did not reflect in-store prices or current menu item at all. Disappointed a little bit to say the least because it was my first time as I had told the lady with the blonde hair (don't remember seeing her name tag) and she didn't offer up any suggestions, the she had attitude. Overall the earmuff that ordered was spot on and pretty tasty! All it was was a burrito without the tortilla and it can feed 2 people if need be. I rated this place a 3 because of the poor customer service and poor food rotation.

Always love going to the moe's for that quick bite and different texture in food you don't get at the other areas. This particular one sits right there along ponce ave, and across from a dry cleaning shop. Good amount if parking and has seating inside and outside. The staff always greet you as you enter and sometimes similarly upon exit. I have been multiple times when the hunger pangs kick in. Welcome to Moes!!
