Moe's Southwest Grill Review

staff were great. food was great. guacamole serving very small, with to many onions and tomatoes mixed in.

My favorite downtown location!! Staff is very friendly, efficient and gets me in and out to enjoy my lunch hour. :) I only wish they had more parking. :-/

The 2 ladies and the gentlemen that helped us was wonderful made us laugh and fixed our food how we wanted it. It wasn't thrown every where it was packed with love this will be my new moe's on ponce that's where I will be going from now on.

I m here several times a week as I work right up the street. Less was very helpful as she multitasked with an amazing smile today. I appreciate the good customer service

It's good, but they always only give me 1 salsa when my order says 2. It's super annoying considering there's no way to order more salsa on the app, and they give you a million chips for one tiny salsa

Great staff, post rush, tables and floors were not clean.

Servers were friendly and helpful! I ordered a steak burrito bowl with all the rice, beans, and veggies. The steak was tender and perfect, and the veggies we're cooked perfect. Definitely recommend this Moe's over most!

Good. But my rice was hard. Moe's is my Fav. Can't beat 5$ MOE MONDAYS... rice was a fluke I'm sure...

The staff was very helpful in explaining their new bowl and even explained their methods behind meat portion sizes and sauce flavors. It was a pleasant experience. And of course the food was awesome.

Service is fine but the building is always dirty and smelly.

Solid location, the ladies behind the counter were incredibly sweet during my visit.

Food was great. Employees were rude. Manager was curt. They had NO FORKS IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT! We ate with knife and spoons. Manager was apathetic.

Just plain bad customer service. Employees are rude and stingy. This has become the norm and I'm tired of dealing with them. It's the closest location to me, but I won't be back.

Place was dirty. Employees didn't really have a "moes attitude."

The food was really good. But when I paid for my food I didn't get the right receipt to claim my reward points. The cashier only gave me a copy of the approved card payment. So I guess those points are lost for good.

Good nice people, just need more workers to move a little faster, but overall good! They're very nice !

No one knew how to work the register, the guy making burritos gave me barely one bite of guac for my Homewrecker & wanted extra when I asked for a little more, they took & kept the coupon I could not use. Go to a different location.

Great location. The staff is always so friendly. Parking is never a problem despite the location being on busy Ponce De Leon. This is the only location I like to go to.

Please don't waste your time going to this location on ponce. Poor customer service. They make all togo orders first instead of focusing on customers standing in their faces. The manager needs to be fired or retrained.

Welcome to Moe's! I live nearby, so I'm here way more than I should be, but this is my favorite location. Really nice staff, usually quiet calm environment, and u can eat outside as well. It's on busy Ponce so turning in could take a while, but there's a traffic light right out front, so nothing too tough

Not bad overall, it used to be much better though. You ask when ? About 2 years ago, when Monday burrito was 5 bucks and it was made by Mexicans, it was quick friendly service. Now ? More like training facility for post office...

Food is good, wish there any choices of picos and salsas that didnt have any pepper or jalapenos in it. Not everyone likes spicy.

Super friendly staff, but my daughter was not impressed with the size of her Joey Jr. I realize it's called a "junior" for a reason, but usually, it's a pretty big burrito. Not so much on this visit. Eh.

Always a good burrito. Lots of toppings, good salsa selection. Wish they had a few spicier ingredients, but still tasty despite the mild heat. Use the app for deals and discounts.

Very disappointed here! They are NOT generous with toppings on their burritos or tacos. Moe's used to be good. Other locations are cleaner, friendlier & more generous with toppings.

I got here 10 mins till closing and the door is locked. If u close at 9, can you lock the doors at 9?!?!!!!

Best customer service I've seen at a Moe's. They were crazy busy with the Atlanta United discount and were still so nice, friendly, and patient. I couldn't get my $7 discount to show up on my phone and they still knocked $5 off and gave me a free drink because they felt bad. Brightened my day!

Staff are amazing, food is consistent and delicious. This is a high volume unit that sometimes has longer wait times. Never worked at a restaurant? Try it, not that easy. I appreciate every employee at this location

Considering this was my very 1st time going. But this location has nice staff. They offered my extra stuff while there. I would definitely go back .. Considering I wanted a taco from Taco Bell... But Glad I choose the spot in Midtown Atl, on Ponce de leon.
