The 'Wrong Doug' There needs to be a Moe's closer to Moody AFB

Everything you would expect for a good Moe s. Clean and friendly staff

This location usually provides quick and friendly service, but the restaurant often smells of sewage. You could tell a dramatic difference when ownership changed awhile ago, but the smell has returned.

Had to get an order remade. When they did it, they left off all the meat.

The jazz band doesn't have a full time bass player so they rotate different guys in and out. It really hurts the rhythm in my opinion.

Dave was extra nice and provided excellent service.

Oh my goodness probably the best Moes I have been too. The nicest cashier. He had a smile and a happy attitude...

Food was just fine, staff was a bit short tempered. Stopped in around noon, restaurant wasn't very busy (maybe two other small groups sitting and eating) but was quite filthy. Couldn't find a clean table so I chose the lease dirty one. Floor from entrance all around was sticky.

30 min before closing a full menu isn't available as they won't replenish the items they have run out of. Bathrooms really need attention as well. If I was a mystery shopper they wouldn't pass.

Clean location, the girl making my burrito knew what she was doing. She spread everything evenly which made for a good eating experience. No dollop here and there which would have made for a terrible burrito.

I prefer the Ansley Mall location without the gnats and flies flying over the salsa.

Food is ok and the staff is not genuinely nice, just in a courteous way.

Food is fine... but, you could stand to clean you bathrooms a bit more often at least once an hour.. twice when it's busy...

Staff is always awesome when I come here. The service is very fast and the food is always great.

Nothing at this (863 Ponce de Leon Ave location) appeared to be "fresh". It was as if everything had been just sitting out in the open air for hours, drying out the veggies, and some things were just not being kept properly...Which is a breeding ground for food-poison-like bacteria. My homewrecker jr and my tomatillo salsa tasted funny so I stopped eating it immediately. I know what it's supposed to taste like and other Moe's locations are better.
Even their soda machine was down, and all they had to drink was sweet tea (which was just waayyy too sweet).
#bad experience for me because I wasted my money

Best Moe's in town. Great manager and staff that actually cares. Always clean, great soundtrack, and I've never had a messed up order.

Terrible service. Treated like trash and laughed at when asked about the specials offered at other stores and if they did the same. Felt humiliated by employees and never going back.

The staff at this Moe's are great people. And the food is good. :)

Love it. Healthy. Reasonable price. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES just melts in ya mouth. People are always friendly.

The location is good, easy to notice from far away. Parking might be hard to find during traffic hour. Staffs might sound ignorant and a little bit less friendly but the food is guaranteed to be good. The restaurant is moderately clean. The experience was overall good.

It's aight lol. Meat was dry and the rice hard. Nice friendly workers though.

Moe's is awesome i use to got to willys but there to high with tooo many service failures. Moe's has great food and excellent customer service

Never had a bad meal here. You get exactly what you want for a burrito or taco. Great deal that you get chips and salsa for free with meal. Only takes few minutes to order and have meal ready to eat. They do discounted prices on Monday.

I had the steak nachos and they were EVERYTHING that my tastebuds were craving

Rice was stale. Food didnt taste fresh. First time I had poor food at a Moes. This was my first time at this location.

Like it here, but you should work on not letting beans look like they are old and dry.

Great customer service, clean, great price... I ask for extra rice and there was no complaints of me asking for more like the other locations. Will visit this location again, thanks for the great experience.

Not many people who haven't been to a moes before... This one is better than most.
