We hired Modern Home Systems to get music throughout our 4-story house...I had originally imagined a costly project with lots of equipment, wires, and drywall repairs (but I was still willing...for music!). We ended up spending a couple grand less than I expected and, not only did I get music, but an entire Mac-based system, including Apple TV (we can view slideshows of our pics or YouTube from our plasma TV and rent movies on demand!) and my new MacBook Pro. Any time you're working with technology, little glitches always come up, but Otto always went the extra mile to fix them free of charge. I went from a sort of satisfied PC person to a thrilled Mac person... I LOVE EVERYTHING!!! Everything is wireless...not one cut in my drywall! And, the music sounds amazing.
