I work for a large tech company, and contract with Models Plus for design jobs nearly every month. They provide us with high quality models every time, and they work very quickly. We rarely encounter mistakes or damages to units, and when it does happen the staff is always helpful in getting the item repaired. They do a wonderful job!

Model plus Inc in Grayslake made a prototype for me. They made the prototype the way they wanted to and not the way I wanted it. I told the owner I was unhappy with my prototype and he said to me "why did I pay for it". Well, this took him and I to another level but he figured since I was Black that he could disrespect me.
