The sushi and service leave much to desired. I have been a frequent customer since the opening over 10 years ago. This past weekend was my first visit since the pandemic. The staff are all new people, including the chefs. I ordered the 911 Roll as I have done on all prior visits. I love and have a high tolerance for spice. This roll has simply hot and devoid of any flavor. I couldn't taste the tuna nor the rice! It was absolutely horrible. After two bites, I did not touch it. The server never did a check back to see if the food was to our liking or if we needed anything. In fact, whenever I needed something, I had to wave my arms in the air, try to make eye contact with any of the staff members present, while shouting, "excuse me!"

The ponzu sauce did not taste like ponzu and the pickled ginger had an odd sweet taste. The sushi pieces were cut so small you could barely taste the fish, only rice and sauce. None of the chefs look like they were formally trained in the art of sushi making and the food tastes accordingly.

There has been a change in staff that has affected the entire experience. I do not recommend this location and I will not return.

Not happy. Ordered AYCE.

Even the miso soup. Wasn t like this years ago. Not sure what changed. My acquaintance felt the same.

The food was great as always but the service was very disappointing to say the least. I ordered the all you can eat meal. They seemed to be rationing my orders by only bringing one dish at a time and then and only then 5 to 7 minutes later I would get another portion that I had ordered all at the same time. Then my so-called all you can eat meal was nolonger all you could eat. They advised me that I couldn't order anything else. How does a all you can eat a you've reached your limit?

This was the best sushi buffet!!! It s not on the strip so it s so much cheaper than other places. 21$ for all you can eat. I wish I had taken pics cause the food was so pretty looking and tasted amazing. We were in Vegas for a few days and came here twice. Everything tasted fresh too. And the staff was awesome. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks sushi goyemon
