After seeing their advert for repairing punctures on electric scooters at your home , I contacted them when they arrived they informed me that they would have to take my bike to their workshop because they would have to source a new tyre. Several days later I got the bike back, when it arrived I was at work but when I got home and saw it it was still flat.
