I came with a request to fix one part so that after a few days they would report that the entire screen had to be replaced (correct) for some 250 euros, plus a real problem that who knows when they would establish, plus a denied warranty. In another service, I solved everything in a day and 50 euros with the same request. I struggled a lot to get my phone back from service when I refused their service. They didn't want to give me back in the beginning.
In their premises, I witnessed an argument and almost beat one of the employees and the boyfriend from the courier service. The way they belittled him is for every conviction.
I will not buy a phone in MTS anymore because this is their official service. Too bad, I'm happy with their service.

As I did not manage to pick up my tablet even after numerous attempts during the year, I reported the case to the market inspection and the device manufacturer. Only after this, the device was returned to me.
The phone was detained from 09/26/2017 to 11/23/2017 for testing, though, apparently cracking the display at an initial price that was above average for that type of malfunction. When the test was completed after 2 months (read the learned display from China), the cost of installation and the spare part itself increased by about 30%. This was definitely not acceptable given that the price initially stated was too high.
