I handed over the tablet to replace the screen. The service kept the device for more than a year, giving me different excuses, and most often - without any answer at all. As I did not manage to pick up my tablet even after numerous attempts during the year, I reported the case to the market inspection and the device manufacturer. Only after this, the device was returned to me.
