Comfort Suites UCF/Research Park Review

Nice place, clean rooms, and like the social hour in lobby but just don't stay close to elevator.

A very nice hotel right on Alafaya down the street from UCF. Nice and tucked away on Research Drive.

It's a little grungy from the outside, but inside it's very nice with spacious rooms!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, organized, clean. I recommend 100% the breakfast is excellent I would go again.

I needed an extra night to stay in the Orlando area and I was surprised at securing a room for just under $100. The service provided here by the Comfort Suites team is welcoming and extremely receptive to their customers, oh and they provide a pretty sweet cookie when you check in! Hotel was clean, everything worked fine, and they have a no smoking policy which is a huge plus... nobody likes a room filled with the stench of cigarettes! They also provide free breakfast, free parking, and free WiFi. If you're looking for a quick 1 night stay with a budget I highly recommend this hotel.

Is far from any attractions so makes it quiet so is great for me. Nice clean hotel, and Staff? Wow they were amazing!

False advertising. Not pet friendly! Only service animals, which are welcome anywhere.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great breakfast with waffles and yogurts. Great customer service. And a pool. Priced good for what you get. I'd come again and reccomend. Just bring your own bath soap theirs isn't that good.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast but small selection. Only true issue was our room happened to be located at the very end of the hall on the first floor, directly across from housekeeping, which was noisy in the morning. I'd suggest staying on a higher floor if possible.

Room service was wonderful and the rooms were also beautifully decorated and neat

Our stay here was more than pleasant, it was survival after evacuating. The hotel ran as well as if it had power and was a fortress against the wind and rain. I knew it would be, I watched it being built as I drove by everyday. The staff was understanding, helpful, and made every persons plight their problem. Like the young mother with two kids sitting in the breakfast room waiting so patiently for a cancellation and they were there for her and the kids.
I want to stay here again for just to get away from home - in better circumstances!

I stay here quite alot being a diamond elite member they are always very helpful and great people here one of my favorite hotels mainly due to the people who work here and the rooms are always very clean

Doing a bunch of renovations that are super inconvenient. Bathroom is clean though.

The faucet in my bathroom was so loose I could almost lift it out off the sink. I first floor of the hotel smelled like weed. Other than that everything was ok

It was decent. Certainly not a bad place for a few days. Biggest complaint is the water pressure.

I give them 5 stars due to the staff!!! They MORE then accommodated my family. We booked with Hotwire and once we reached the hotel on July 4th, around 2pm, Hotwire never booked us or gave the hotel a payment. Then when we called to speak with them, their system "was down" and we were to call back in an hour. Where were we supposed to go!! We didn't get ahold of them till after 10pm!! Thanks to front office manager Ivette, along with staff Marilyn and Paula the whole family had somewhere to sleep even though they were full! These ladies worked collaboratively to accomodate us and ease our stress with Hotwire. They were truly angels to us and made our vacation worth more then words can say! People like them made our first Comfort Inn hotel stay worth a 5 star rating! We will definitely return. Thanks again ladies :)

The rooms of Comfort Suite for comfortable clean and roomy. The only complaint was the price increased a lot in one month. Otherwise everyone was very nice

We stay here every time we visit our kids at UCF. Great location, excellent staff.

Manager at the front guest was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Accommodated all of our requests with a smile. Room was clean

Exceptionally clean rooms and in a good area. Quick check in and friendly receptionist. Only complaint was the shower head having some clogged or malfunctioning nozzles which made water drip onto the faucet, which in turn would splash onto the floor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was of good size and included a couch, coffee table, HDTV, work desk, mini fridge and microwave.

While I did not stay the night, accommodations were adequate for getting my family inside with their luggage thanks to a trolly cart. Staff was friendly and pointed us in the right direction.

Extremely Humid in the room, even changed rooms with same result, a/c working but everything was very damp, even when unpacking clothes at home they were still damp, They said there was nothing they could do, Staff was very Pleasant, Breakfast was awesome, rooms were clean, attempted to speak c manager for 3 days, never around. With all that humidity I'm sure it's going to lead to a major mold problem.

Service was good, and the location and price are very convenient. The rooms were also well maintained. Difficult to find parking however.

This place has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while. It's rooms are extremely spacious and super clean. The bathroom could fit a small army. This place is super up to date with the covid-19 safety standards and the employees were extremely attentive and helpful. We called down to the front desk and asked for a few more towels and within minutes one of the maids had brought it right to our door. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family so when they come in to go to the theme parks, they'll have a great place to rest and relax after a super long day running around Disney World!

I stayed there 2 nights. It an excellent place,nice clean and recently renovated. Great hot breakfast is just an icing on the cake.

Nice friendly place. Staff was polite and helpful. Cory, the lady who takes care of breakfast, was so nice. About 30 minutes drive from the parks, but not only it gives you the chance to see other parts of the city, it also keeps you away from the usually crowded areas around parks. When in Orlando we always go back to this location.

I feel i should have gotten more comps since i booked 30 plus rooms

staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was hot with options up to the end time. rooms are clean. some traffic noise, but not bad.

I need a fan to sleep ,especially next to the highway with drag racers going on all night.... guess what, fan doesnt work. Thought id call down to tell the front desk.... phone doesnt work either... sigh....

Stayed for a weekend for local convention. Room was nice, shower was cold, bed was comfy, Internet was slow. Provided breakfast but didn't get it.

Comfortable location, clean room. There was an odd stale smell throughout the lower level, and cigarette smoke was imbedded in furnishings. Breakfast included meat, which is nice; staff kept the food well stocked.

Went there last night to check in on my dad who is visiting. He had no running water and wasn't going to be compensated for his troubles.

Nice, clean rooms. Good rates and service. Front desk clerk was very kind. However, our room (213) had a leaky toilet and leaky tub faucet. This is causing major water waste, which is a pity, not to mention the hike in the water bill, which translates to higher room prices for the customers!

This hotel is very nice !! My room was very comfortable... The bed was awesome.. I slept very well.. Would definitely stay again... I was impressed with the service and the amenities.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting UCF. We slept really well in comfortable beds, clean rooms, with great service from all the staff. I won't take off a star for the inconsiderate guests 4 doors down who stunk the place up temporarily with their pot smoking. I wish the desk personnel had done a little more with that situation, but she was young and a little unsure. Should have called senior management so they could clear that guest out immediately. Smoking anything in the hotel is clearly prohibited. But all the staff was friendly. They have a great breakfast and are in a good location. It's easy enough to drive anywhere around orlando for sight seeing and still stay in a nice area by the University.

Easy to find. Check in was easy. Free wifi. Room was pretty good but not amazing. But for the price, that's exactly what i was looking for.
