Errors occur within this service, which violate the rights of customers.

Specifically, through the "Handy" store I advertised a defective device. In addition to the fault that was diagnosed, a battery malfunction was observed, which was correct before handing the device over.
In addition, due to mechanical damage to the device, the warranty does not apply, and they did not inform me for a month that I should pay for the diagnostics (which was reasonable but was not emphasized), so my device was not returned, and this information was only communicated after the fifth call sent to this service, which is apparently ruled by irresponsibility, since the people at Handy also sent letters, which were omitted in internal files.

I intend to contact the company for the irresponsible behavior of this company and ask them to disclose my case.
