One of the toughest institution I read. Why I say because they provide huge work. But doesn't provide fair mark to students. For learning perspectives it is the excellent College. I enjoyed lot.

My son graduated from this college in 2017.Its a good college for students of DK and Kasaragod district. Faculty in Mechanical was good but few members with Industrial background. The campus location is excellent and away from social distractions. Hostel facilities is clean and well maintained. My son enjoyed his college life there and scored good grades. Thanks to the faculty members whom I never had chance to meet. One thing missing from the college is campus selection. Very few companies reach there and mechanical students have very less chances for placement. Other departments I cannot comment.

Everything is good, except for the location. Too far out from the city.

Got my son admitted in this college. The faculty, facilities seems very good. The admission process was over quickly without any hassles.

Very nice place for education and quite place. Well structured and maintained building and environment. One of the oldest and we'll known place/college in South India. Quite a good frequency of buses/transportation available. Direct buses are available for mangaluru and udupi from college premises.

Class timings and schedule are very heavy. Hostel life is very difficult.

Good institution for the students.. This institute provides a very huge platform for the students to show their attitudes.

The best Engineering & Technical institution . Experienced Faculty . Good quality Graduate student come from this institution. Extremely difficult to Get admission . one of the Top 25 Engineering college in Karnataka.

By my experience the mechanical department is worst some lecturers themselves don't even have basic CAD,CAE or DFM or industry standard skills to suggest corrections for projects. Only couple of PhD professors are worth rest are just copycat PhD projects themselves just to get a title PhD and a promotion. None of the CNC machines work all students are simply trained on lathes where no industry uses them these days. kinematics is only seen on books and problems, where china exports automated machineries where none of these people have any clue on integration of pneumatics, electronics, plc, hydraulic, automation, AI, vision systems or such in design or projects. Solve more and more math problems, and do ton of written exams and suplimentaries and make more money. On on and on a lot of outdated infrastructure for mechanical engineering which is nowhere match near to market. How would someone get employed. I bet from 2015 most mechanical graduates from this college are doing odd jobs or unemployed.

A very beautiful campus. Serene working environment. Attended a 2 days workshop here. staff are very helpful friendly, with very good subject knowledge. Highly respectable environment. Good to study here.Very good library. supportive environment, very good ambiance. In the midst of nature.

Nice to be part of Nitte Family., Professors are helpy and kind but you guys wonder i gave 4 STAR because here technology is beyond.. want to update internet speed and these people don't an well designed website. They prefer more Intranet than internet..

The campus is moderately pleasing. Canteen is exemplary, especially the Samosa. The hall stinks though.

N.M.A.M. Institute of Technology, Nitte is a well known Autonomous Engineering college and was established in 1986.

I am not hating ,Just I wish to know the activities of the college.and where it is.

Temple at the entrance, take the blessings before you jump into engineering. Good hostel facility. Teaching is good, staff very well educated. Technidarshan is a popular tech fest. Anandotsav is a happening cultural fest. Infrastructure is great. Placements are wonderful. College encourage sports. Student committee organize many small programs which are celebrated through out the year.

Fake result, to gain money, nitte ===money money, display fail result to add-on supplementary students, no possitive results in revaluation

One of the best college's around in Karnataka. Boys Hostel well maintained n u get amazing Biryani on Sunday lot of greenary n good place to discover urself.

Nmamit.. it is one of the best engineering colleges in coastal Karnataka. It offers engineering in 7 streams and masters in several others. Campus is very good and large in area. All facilities omare state of the art. It is deemed to be University. Strength of students is around 5000. The teaching, placement department, transport facilities, security, scholarship, labs, training center's, incubation center's, in campus canteen, book bank facilities, hostels, mess, national level fests, conferences, workshops, the hostel life, the day scholar life are just part of bigg nitte campus stories. The placement records for computer science, information science and electronics and communication are way too good... Whereas for other branches, it is satisfactory. As far as my experience, it was good and memorable! But departments have to catch up in terms of excellence! If you wanna join any institute in coastal Karnataka, nmamit is best and believe me, you will enjoy it...

Good college, came here many times for different competitions. Have a temple at the entrance. Some strange birds are there to be seen in the morning. But far away from the Mangaluru city with buses fully crowded with students. Have a nice placements record.

I can't say much about it because it's my own college...I will edit this review untill I become a passout from this institution

I am student of NMAMIT.It is situated side of NH.you can get bus directly from here to Mangalore and Udupi.
