Love this place. Good prices and delicious boba tea! If you don't like boba, you can also get normal tea or smoothies without boba. They also have jellies in a few different flavors. They also provide stamp cards so you get rewarded for buying drinks here. The atmosphere is cute and inviting and there are lots of other shops nearby.

I've tried "milk tea w/ boba" at a ton of different places around the city and you can really tell the difference between milk tea made from powder and milk tea properly brewed. These guys brew it right, creamy and delicious with no bitter flavors. Even when busy they move fast. Granted, I've never been behind anyone that ordered 7 blended drinks at this place, but I get the sense that they know how to move the easy quick stuff out of the queue (like a simple tea) while taking the time on the complex things and not causing customer hostility.

This is the lowest rate that I can give. If it's possible, I wanna give a zero. I feel so bad about the service they give. The spoon they give us is sticky and dirty. We even found a hair in the coconut pudding. But they didn't seem sorry or guilty at all. We won't go there any more!!!

Person taking our order was nice, person giving our order was rude. Their rice meals are half priced and half the amount. So they are just as expensive as everywhere don't be deluded by the price difference. Their quality is horrible. I avoided this place because they like to put cheap things on their brick toast. I was horrified there was artificial colored sprinkles and marshmallows that look like they were bought from dollar tree. But came to try again because the photos online seems to have changed, but they still provide bad food. I bought a strawberry black tea drink. They use cheap strawberry powder because it tasted and looked like medicine. When I got the beverage I thought this looks like medicine but sipped it to give it a chance, it did taste like medicine. I bought a coconut pudding also. it was horrible also. The coconut meat had a dark tint appearing not fresh, my mother with no tastebuds had to spit out in the trash. If they cannot keep the coconut fresh they should remove. It's a health hazard. The cream seems to have raised all the way to the top because tried to make so much of it at once in a large coconut. So the top fatty cream and jello on the bottom. If they had made smaller amounts of it at a time this would not have happened. I make Hong kong milk pudding all the time and I never get this issue, unless you try to put too much in a big container at once. Bigger amount it takes longer time to set in the fridge letting the cream surface to the top and all is left is jello.

Love this place. The popcorn chicken is addictive. Lightly breaded, hot, and perfect.

They taro milk tea is fantastic as well... I like that you can customize the sugar and ice. Tried thier shaved ice cream (mango and taro), one is definitely enough for a family of four to share... but I personally prefer the standard creamy ice cream. Glad they moved in here at progress ridge.

I see a lot of comments abt customer service, etc., but I didn't have high expectations for that as Asain run businesses often have so-so service. Can't beat the price for product.

If you're looking for a Tea House, like those that are becoming "the new thing" in the US, and like those that are written up in those novels by Laura Childs, this place is not at all what is expected. It's more a quick food place, specializing in fried rice and noodles food. Not tea! Well, there are a few tea selections, like 5 of them on the order board. Don't waste your time going here unless you're looking for some Chinese food to wash down with bag-brewed tea.

This is not my first time here, never been so disappointed. I called in my order 30 minutes in advance, I was told that they were busy, fine. I got there waited in line for about 10 minutes. To only here that they were out of tapioca, fine. Got to the counter to see my order written on a sticky note, the cashier proceeded to tell me that she will now put in my order...I understand your store was busy, but what is the point of calling in an order if you are going to start when I get there. I might have as well stood in line and waited for my order. I normally don't give bad reviews but this is beyond frustrating. They could've simply told me that they were busy and weren't taking anymore orders for the night, but I ordered, drove and stood in line, to only walk out emptied handed

Best bubble tea on the west coast. Drinks are made fresh to order. I like how they have stamp card where you get a free drink after buying 10. I highly recommend this place. The BEST place for a bubble tea.

First time here! The menu is large and they have both drinks desserts and food at a good price point. My drink was large, the tea was good, didn t have a powder taste (not sure if they use powder or actually tea didn t pay attention) the boba was a good amount and was smaller size than most locations.

Mango snow had almost no mango flavor. Presentation looked sloppy. Grass jelly was the liquid version that should be served in drinks, not the firm jelly version. No taste for $8 plus $1 for two toppings. More care is needed at least with taste.

Let me tell you something. My mom loves there matcha fever honey toast. So for the sake of quarantine and Covid, I made a phone call to order this so that it s ready to pick up. My order: extra red beans. They told me 15 min. I live 5 min. Giving them 15 min I drove out there... and at this tome 20 min has passed since my order. I open my box and the ice cream has melted and there were just soggy toast and blah of green. I went back in to ask if they can add more ice cream since it melted. I don t think it s an unfair request given. I wouldn t mind paying more. But let me tell you all. I got greeted with some great sass. Saying that I was late and because I ordered extra red beans it melts the ice cream so it is what it is. I didn t make a scene, I wasn t going to argue but for being 5 min late... I wouldn t assume everything would be melted and look like some overnight dessert. You would assume that they would figured out to put it in a cooler somehow for people to pick up. No? Business idea? I ll attach a photo here. Omit the extra scoop of ice cream that I got for dealing w the sass that the store workers gave me. I would expected some courtesy, not attitudes.

I've had several types of bubble tea here and it has all been delicious! Initially I had a not so great experience with an unfriendly employee, but I haven't seen that person in awhile and the rest of the employees are lovely!

Drink-wise it seemed pretty good. I got a peach milk tea. Did not try the food, so ai can't speak for that, and I got the Brick Toast and it was massive and dry. 1 serving easily could feed 4-5 people, and the menu doesn't specify this

I enjoyed the Brick Toast, Matcha ice cream in a big half loaf of sweet bread, I think the only disappointing thing was that the iced tea was pre-sweetened. One of the more diverse bubble tea joints around, however noise level is quite high inside and the line on the weekend was out the door.

I am very dissapointed about the cleanness and customer service of this tea shop. Most of the employees are college students and they were rude, rushy, and would rather talk among their coworkers instead of greet customers. The counter area where they were making drinks was filthy, several drink blenders shoved into a sink uncleaned. Like walking into a messy kitchen. I ordered a bubble tea and the man took my order and chatted with the two other female workers while making drinks. No "Hi" or "how are you?" greeting at all. I was waiting there for over five minutes and the drinks were rushly made like quick assembly line, and mediocre tasting compared to other bubble tea shops. Please improve your customer service and make drinks with better creativity instead of fast food style.

Friendly staff, Fast service, delicious food! The Brick toast was amazing! The presentation was perfect. It looked so good, I didn't want to eat it! But boy, was it delicious!! The spicy popcorn chicken was to die for, it was so juicy, delicious and just the right amount of spiciness! I could eat them for hours and hours (and adding the wooden skewers were a great idea, never seen than done before). The person who took our order was very helpful, she helped us decide what to get since it was our first time there and we've never had brick toast before. Their Ovaltine milk tea with tapioca pearls was also very delicious! They had about all the flavours you could ask for, like matcha and taro, except for black sesame seed, which I would kindly recommend them to add to their list! Thank you guys and girls for an excellent experience! Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back when I'm Portland! A+!

The bubble tea doesn't have tapioca in the Original tea menu , they charged $0.50 extra for the bubbles. I'm surprised cause I'm Asian and get the tapioca anyway back in HK . It is complicating the order and hope to see improvement. Other things are just fine.

Close to my house so ends up being where i go. I will say their flavor selection could use a revamp. Ive also noticed some drinks tend to be kinda gritty at times. Get the job done and the food always comes out piping hot

It's great when a place knows what it is and does what it does so well. They specifialize in teas, smoothies and other tasty treats that are enjoyable all year around, but especially when it's warm outside.

They don't try to offer anything just to offer it. Think of a donut shop that just sells donuts, this is a tea shop that just sells drinks and deserts; frozen as well as non.

The seating is a bit sparse, but it's a smaller place. Grab what you're getting and head outside. There are plenty of places that you can roam around in Progress Ridge.

We got the juices, which were fresh. Watermelon is a favorite. Very quenching.

Enjoy this place. And don't be afraid to try new things while you're there.

The milk tea is quite respectable. I recommend going with 50% ice. mo Cha is comparable to boba tea joints in San Francisco and Vancouver, BC. The honey toast is pricey, but the serving size is enough for 2-4, depending on your appetites.

The shaved snow was nice but the brick toast was too dry, service is slow, items are quite overpriced, and the place was freezing cold! They'd left the doors open on a really rainy day! I'm open to trying it again but wasn't all that impressed on my first try.

I have been to place 3 times so far. I order and pick up. I don't make other special requests, but their employees seemed so unpleasant that I felt like I was doing something wrong to them.
Bubble tea is good though.

The smoothies are great. I've also tried the Brick Toast, one of their specialities and I have to say that it looked great aesthetically. It also tastes great too, but is way too much for one person to handle. Honestly should have gone for the mini brick toast.

Good food and drinks, cute and pleasing ... only thing I would improve on is the vibe from the staff who maybe are working their first jobs ?? Just could be more friendly and more attentive to customers and less to other conversations between coworkers while ppl are waiting to get their orders taken.

Yikes. I don t recommend the Enjoy Fuji series that Mo Cha is collaborating right now. It s overpriced, underwhelming, and tastes like sugary juice. The other things there might be good but I d avoid the Enjoy Fuji series.

I can't rave about the shop enough. I reccomend this place to everyone I know. Literally no ever has heard about it. This place has the best brick toast and a huge variety of drinks. My normal order is a Berry Cute brick toast and a Jamsmine milk tea with light boba.
