I am an older adult (over 65 yrs. old) The patience, kindness, and true caring I felt through my refinance process because of Chris Pugh and Jamie Lintz was remarkable. Both of these individuals displayed a sincere attitude of trying to make the process as easy for me as was humanly possible. They were knowledgeable and patient. When I had a question they answered it completely and thoroughly. Someone people do their jobs with a negative attitude, these two are truly customer oriented and I wish that I had other needs in their realm. Kudos to the people who trained them.
