I currently rent from MMPMR. We found our house on zillow and we really love the house- it's an older house in a great neighborhood in midtown. The property must've been vacant for a while because the main sewer line was clogged upon move-in and we just found out the AC doesn't work. The dishwasher has old, rusted out racks that have still not been replaced despite my request and an affirmative response that the issue would be taken care of. The landscaping was an absolute mess when we moved in- it looked like no one had trimmed the bushes for years. And in general, the place was not clean like you'd expect when you move in to a rental- we're talking food crumbs in all of the cabinets, crusted sauce crap spilled down the side of the electric range, a bathroom where the sink, tub, and toilet were all still dirty from the previous tenants. I'm not sure if these are issues with the owner himself, or MM management, but we pay a lot for this place- more than enough for it to have been inspected and move-in ready BEFORE we actually moved in. Again- love the house itself. All wood floors, finished attic with a full bath and a decently fenced yard- all in a beautiful/safe neighborhood. I just wish someone would have inspected the place before we got there.
