I wanted to give 0 star if I could. The agent Jessica farmer we used was awful. Didn t represent us at all. So many misinformation and lead to many problems. She is not knowledgeable at all . My bank confirmed her lack of knowledge in real estate and can t believe she is in the business. Snippy attitude at times. She doesn t care about her clients expect her commission fees. We gave this agency a second chance, they failed us miserably. We used this agency twice, we should have followed our instincts on the second time. Will NEVER use again. Push you for higher price than the property actually worths

Working with Bob Chandler/Realtor and he could not be more knowledgeable and helpful. MKB is so fortunate to have someone of his character. Would highly recommend him to clients!

We did not feel that Tim Thompson met our needs or advocated for us during a purchase and sale several years ago. Based on information from a phone call I made to the other involved realtor, we believe that Tim was dishonest about communication that he said the two of them had. The problem potentially cost us a significant amount of money that we did not have to lose. I discussed the problem with the managing broker at length. He vaguely conceded to the problem and said that he would handle it with Tim, but the situation caused major problems for us that we did not feel were adequately addressed. I would not wish the experience we had with MKB on my worst enemy.

The usual way a human is treated when your not a part of that top 1%. Poor service

Very unresponsive to tenants. Called and emailed weeks ago to fix appliance and not even a courtesy call back. Don't rent from them!

Has good information, easy to navigate and good pictures

What a great experience, Pat Joiner at MKB could not have been more helpful. I am 600 plus miles from the property I bought and everything was handled remotely beginning to end. Pat made it quick and easy, all deadlines were met seamlessly. You can bet that the next time I buy property MKB and Pat Joiner will be my first choice.
