I had originally booked with Legend Limo in Smithtown for my wedding and was then told they were bought out by Executive Limo. I had received updated itinerary that had everything original from my initial contract. 10 days before making my final payment, I was told my Bentley for my wedding day was repossessed and they could not give me that vehicle. At first I was upset. However, I was not going to stress about it. What I was very upset about was the fact I was not informed of this earlier so that I could of possibly found the Bentley I wanted and also the fact they still wanted to charge me full price for my second vehicle that I was still booked for. Fortunately, they did the right thing and gave us some money back. The reason I gave them 4 stars was because their drivers were GREAT. My limo driver, name was Chris R, was excellent. He was patient, friendly and very accommodating. He always made sure I was ok and if I needed anything. I also received a lot of communication from them with the drivers name, picture, phone number and estimated time arrival. I loved that service. My ride after the wedding was also a nice new clean car. My driver, also named Chris, was also very nice as well. I wanted to give 5 stars but because of the poor business handling of the Bentley I did not feel it was deserved.
