Typical condo with pool and clubhouse. Gym is small but no one uses it so it's ok. The hallways are bigger than typical condominiums.

Security is good. Parking is limited.

Gee this place has the worst security guards rude and all have gang names, they all have the worst memory of .. But the gym and pool is nice... Some apartments are rentable.. Other than the security guards night shift most foreigners stay here...

The place is good but the broker/facilitator is kind of rude especially by the name of Ms. Debbie Talha and her gay cohort, fees are not clear, prior to our arrival there are no additional fees mentioned, but upon arrival at the unit she demands 1000 pesos damage deposit per room and the towels and blankets for 100 pesos each, these fees shock us, as there were no advise regarding these fees prior to our arrival and only told us when we were already at the unit.....so be careful transacting with this certain Ms. Debbie Talha and her gay cohort of One Oasis Cagayan De Oro

Nice place for staycation in the heart of the city of CDO.

Sorry! Cant help it but to give them the lowest rating. Security guards are just way too rude.
I find it insulting that everytime i go swimming, the guards would always make me sign my name and exempts the foreigners. Now why is that? I was planning on extending my stay since the location was very ideal for me and my son but i definitely don't want to deal with another month of bullsh*t. I am Disappointed. Please treat all your guest equal. We did not stay here for free.

Fire alarm system displayed a fault/warning the whole month and a half I stayed here. If ever you use the pool at night, they don't turn on the lights until 8 p.m.; just in time you left already. Parking protocols are poorly implemented despite well equipped guards. It's a great place; just poorly managed.

I absolutely love the place! Pool and gym use is free for all tenants and those who rent the place. We rented through airbnb and it was super worth it.

Clean building in good location. Walking distance to malls and food places. Nice pool and gym. Rented a condo for 5 weeks was quiet the whole time except 1 night when a sports team had rented a few condo's.

Very secluded so privacy and safety isnt a concern. Food is near. Lim ket kai mall is walking distance.

Great place to stay in CDO. it was hard to find good vacation rentals in the Philippines. But this place was good. It will depend on who you rent from for sure, but our lady was mostly helpful and got us everything we needed. They say you have to pay to use the pool, but I sure wouldn't offer anyone money when you go. We went 5 or more times in the 2 weeks we were there and never paid. I think it's a bit of scam. So just swim and enjoy your time! It was also great that this place was so close to malls and food and coffee shops. Some places are way out of the city, and getting around would have been a huge pain. Overall I highly recommend this place. It isn't going to blow you away, but it was definitely nice.

Lovely development. Nice and quiet, spacious and secure.

The place is clean, safe and generally peaceful. They also have pools where families can bond. They have a 2-feet pool where children can enjoy, and a playground too. A 4-5 feet pool for adults is also available as well as the gym for occupants/tenants who wants to get sweat!

It's a nice place to live in with swimming pool and gym.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay here in cagayan de oro, one of my recommendation is One Oasis.

Good place to get a condo unit within Cagayan de Oro City. Unlike any other condos, this one feels like you are in a resort.

Beautiful place!!! They got some amenities like swimming pools, events place/club house, gym, basketball court, and playground. Accessible to Limketkai Mall (the nearest one....less than 5 mins).

The place is highly secured by guards on duty 24/7...... As of now, one of the things that must be improved inside the complex is the scenery/nature... Lack of trees/greenery, and also, lighting along the hallway must be leveled up (make it more luxurious)

Excellent facilities, although the pool could use some cleaning a little more often. Place is accessible, near malls and entertainment joints. Good place to stay.

They've got all the amenities you need. Great place to stay.
