I think that this is an impeccable platform for a fresher and intermediate's to join, I found quite supportive colleagues and manager. I had to face two step interview process which I thought, would be difficult but after the first round, I found it entrancing. :) ;) :P

Management is good, as i was not eligible for interview as they wanted atleast 6 months experience person, but I was fresher however due to my request to HR(Usha mam) she scheduled my interview however I couldn't select in 1st round but she was pretty cool and calm and Supported and and she suggested me to improve skills. I was happy bcz they entertain me....!! Thanks .....!!!

Very bad company when I was go for interview they give me 7 questions for coding each marks 5 . After completed my test hr told me you got 4 marks only. I am unsatisfied from our result because my every code is right. Then he call the technical person who check my paper. After discussion of my written code 2question have no marking .when I asked them why u left them than told me that some other person check your paper and it's by mistake. When I am asking about my written code where is mistake Then I only one coding mistakes And after correction of my total marks I got 19 marks. Than told me that for next round u have to get 20 marks. But twist comes now Hr told me u have to get more than 15 marks I don't know what the hell is company process.
worst company, schedule my interview as php developer, after HR round they have said me you can go without giving technical round , if this type company can not afford our salary packages then why they have waste our time.
this company conduct fake interview for just getting information from candidate in several aspects. please avoid interview call from this company
I have some knowledge about this company. One of my friend was working on this and he worked 2 days only. He left the company because company forced to submit original documents and he was not ready for that. I think keeping someone's Original docs is illegal.

1. Very depressing environment. 2. the size of the company is small. 3. Hr is cheating with every candidate not sharing company policy that interview and selection time . After joining she will ask for ( 2 months notice period, submit original doc.(10th and 12th), 6month provision period and working hrs 9 am to 7 pm is office time). 4.No mobile phones use in working hrs. I recently joined this company and worked for this company for less than 1 month. Working environment poor. No working pros. come to the office sharp 9 am but if you go the home 7 pm may be possible. Working hours for this company 10 hrs.If you after joinig don't submit your original documents company owner he saying ''jiske mann mei chor hota Hain wahi documents submit krne k liye mana Karta Hain". Guess what guys these statements is directly coming from the owner of the company so i guess you can imagine what kind of company it is. He(Narendra Singh) should keep in mind that this is not a University or School that you have to submit your original documents. We are willing to give you the photocopy of the documents but why the hell do you need original documents. This company is having only Dumb employees there. Unless you don't have any work/vision you can join here. worst company ever ,uselss company...I was called for an interview for BDE profile. They said there will be several rounds of interviews. So for the first round of interview they gave a topic to write. Then the lady hr said to wait and then I went for the second round of the interview and I answered properly and in a very confident way. The lady was also convinced with my answers. She even asked me about the salary and joining date. After a while she said me to wait for final round of the interview. The guy came in and asked me questions and I answered every question. He asked me questions and negotiated about the salary. And then asked when can I join.The HR said me that the team will contact me regarding the joining. .. Now they are saying you aint fit in this profile ..better say U cant provide good salary ,u will neva be able to hire BDE .
