Bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma a couple weeks ago and the dealership was gonna tint my windows and fix a chip. Upon taking my vehicle in, I was greeted by Ed Wilson. I gotta give this guy a huge high five! He is the epitome of customer service and was an amazing advocate for me. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you sir!

Went to the used car section and found a car that I liked, but the price is like $10000 more than the average prices in other states! Shocking instead of selling it for 35k it was 40k this is not away to make business!

Walked in the service area and was met with a confused look and may I help you out of here... After walking around without any employees trying to help, I was so not impressed with the costumer service shown.

Very excited to buy my first car. However, found the salesman did NOT listen to the budget I laid out. Had pregnant wife and toddler with me, they spent three hours trying to convince me to spend double my estimated down payment and nearly double monthly payments. I eventually left. No intention of returning.

This is my Second Vehicle from Casa Mitsubishi. The Employees that work in the Service Dept. Work @ getting what the Customer needs on their Vechicle. The Service Writers explain to the Customer if there is something else that is concerning them about your Vechicle. In other words it's like they are working on their Vechicle. Thanks for keeping me informed about my Vechicle.

Their service just continues to decline. Had an appointment for oil change at 1pm, at 2:30 they hadn't even STARTED on it!!! Wasted my lunch hour (and a half!)and still need my oil changed!!!

The people are nice but i feel that their mechanics don't know what they're doing because I've took my brand new 2019 vehicle 4 times for the same problem that they keep saying they fixed which they haven't fixed yet. So frustrated.

Each of the 5 vehicles I have bought there have been good experiences, and I get my vehicle serviced there routinely as well. The only thing they could do better for me would be to give my car a wash and vacuum during my visit. *HINT*
