I received a text message from them offering me a loan, to which I texted to stop receiving their messages. I still received a rude call from their call centre saying that I sent them a message wanting a loan. Obviously they are unfamiliar with the CPA and FICA law of South Africa.
Won't notify you if your application was declined.You have to phone in to get confirmation.
I have settled my account and no one can assist with settlement letters, this has been going on for almost a year and it is affecting my credit rating badly. I have never ever experienced such bad service and will never recommend any of my friend to take a loan at this establishment.
How much does it take for a company to understand you do not want to talk to them or are not interested in their service. I have been bugged by this company the whole week. First I ignored their calls but alas, they have tried numerous times per day. I eventually gave in and answered to politely tell the agent to PLEASE remove me off their list. Has that ever worked? I think not. They kept calling which I ignored again and this morning, Saturday morning none the less, I answered again and asked the agent, firstly, what I need to do for them to stop calling me and secondly where do they have my permission to contact me as I have to give permission for this. She promptly hung up without any answer or professionalism. I have never given permission for any unsolicited contact, EVER. In fact, I have gone out of my way to register on all kinds of systems to remove my details. I understand that there is a need somewhere for these services but surely a company with the resources to BUY a list of names of people will go through the necessary due diligence to ensure that is a vetted approved list of people interested to be contacted? It is beyond me how this is allowed to happen and from a company that claims NCR status and all kinds of associate logos on their site.
Its a scam... They deduct money after you have settled your bill and when you call them they drop the phone call. Horrible service..
For the last three weeks this company has been phoning me looking for someone else. The more I tell them that they have the wrong number, the more calls I get. Every time I block a number, someone phones from a different number or they send an SMS. I've taken this up with Customer Service, but no-one seems to know what to do or care enough to resolve the problem! I am sick and tired of this!

When you are done with mobimoney you will struggle to get a paid up letter or a statement stating you owe them nothing . Worst mistake to do business with them wasted my time to call call centre for 2 days.still not resolved

I've been sending my retrenchment letters since February and they just don't care. They don't do anything about my loans. They send me email to say they received it and that my amount will be updated within 24hrs showing the protection plan has paid up the loan and nothing SINCE FEBRUARY 2019.
Your service is poor you don't know how to assist your customers and you are fooling people by saying the money will be in within 24hour. None of that happened.
24 hours and the money is in your account? 4 days and I dont even have an answer. This after email and phone calls.
