Very friendly staff and a clear answer to the questions I had.

Absolutely AM-A-ZING service. I go there on a weekly basis, Kevin, Didier, Sven, Kristelle and their colleagues ALWAYS take the time to help me (in perfect FRENCH and ENGLISH) . I bought a SONY A7RIII there, as well as many lenses, Canon 70mm to 300mm, adapter SONY to Canon, SD cards, etc...
I often swing by on my way to work for advice, I am impressed with the patience and help I receive. It is also my Go-To place for Print. The Print quality is the best I have seen so far.

I bought a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV (2750 euros) at Foto Nelissen Mechelen. Afterwards it turned out that the device could not be sold in the EU and therefore there was no guarantee (confirmed by Canon itself, see photo). You should therefore be very careful with purchases in this store. I will never buy again.

No apologies for the problems, no compensation for the relocation to Mechelen (stood in the shop for an hour because they were helping other customers in the meantime). Glad I get my money again, because with such stores you never know. I think there are certainly more reliable and customer-friendly players on the market.

You can have nice photos printed on canvas here. Good quality / price !!

Lots of expertise, good explanation, friendly people. The ideal place for the photo hobbyist. They also take your passport photo or that of your baby / child so that you can get your new identity card with the right photo.

If you order something on Thursday morning you expect to receive your order Friday or without any problem Saturday, ..... Now it appears to be Monday .....

Reasonable service locally for small business, and good explanation of their products and correct prices.
However, for DJI DRONES, I was better off contacting DJI directly than via photo loops. I had been waiting for the price for propellers and a battery for a DJI drone for more than a month .... Everything was arranged in 3 days at DJI. According to them, drone could not be replaced via photo loops after a defect, so it was also okay for 3 days at DJI.

I ordered the brand new Nikon Coolpix P1000 last week; at Foto Nelissen already in stock. Fast and perfect handling and delivery, thanks!

Very good customer service!, The salesmen have a very large knowledge 1 for 1 and can really help you. from any level to amateur to professional. they can translate difficult technical matters into clear human language and help you to purchase the perfect camera for you! I have been a customer of my photography studies until now, a hobbyist with great demands. Always been in a very correct and pleasant way with all my questions, and am sure that this will remain so! actually this business deserves more than 5 stars!

Very professional store with nice people at the counter.

New store! We always come here to take passport photos. Super friendly staff, good with small children too. Our kids had passport photos taken here from when they were 6 months old.

They also have an assortment of cameras and accessories here, but I haven't used these services yet.
