Poor cummincation
I came here to fix the radiator of my van, they told me they need 2 hours to fix it for 830$. When I went to take back the van they said they had a problem and they took 7 hours to fix the radiator and I paid 1200$ in total. Now nobody understand about cars but is it possible for you take 7 hours to fix a radiator?!?!? Stay far from this place!!!!
Dishonest company.
Had them come out to the Gemfields to remove a broken spark plug. Being a call out, we expected to be charged from the time the mechanic left the shop till the time they returned. The mechanic was here NO MORE than half an hour, So expected to pay for an hour and a half work. But when we received the invoice we were charged for 2 and a half hours work.
So their mechanic has claimed it took him an hour and a half to remove a spark plug, we have 5 witnesses who saw the mechanic was only here for half an hour. When we went to the office and inquired about whether it was correct, to be told that they believed their employee over the customer.
We had no problem paying the employee and the vehicle to travel to our location, but to then have the mechanic lie about the time he worked on the car is absolutely outrageous.
Will never deal with this company again and will let others know about the lack of professionalism we have experienced.
