Town hall embarrassment. When the whole state is mourning the Castellbisbal attacks, they were celebrating. Music, alcohol, correfocs. But what the hell was there to celebrate? Shame gave me to see it. What lack of respect for victims, family members, emergency teams, etc.

Excellent treatment, friendly and very helpful staff.

Shame on the town hall, what it takes to give you a building license, I don't know any that takes so long.
