The company I work for (SCDA) uses Tetrabyte and they are always incredibly helpful & will remote access your laptop/pc if any issues. They also explain what they are doing without too much IT jargon.
Could not be better. A non tech person like me is able to say what is wrong and when it happened, and the efficient and pleasant expert on the end of the phone takes over your PC and sorts it all out for you. Ten out of ten, and extra for neat work!
The Team at Tetrabyte are all amazing. They are very good at their jobs especially Callum! When your PC isn't working and you just want to throw it out the window, along comes Callum with his big and cheerful mood. For the 18 months I've known him, he always sound very happy and you cannot help but smile when he answers the phone! Well done guys, keep up the effective and swift tech support!
