Exquisite!! Beautiful hotel and dining experience was superb! Our family also chose this location to host my uncle's "gathering" after his memorial service at Keesler and the staff was so kind and accommodating.

Beautiful place to stay in Biloxi! Very clean, the brunch was excellent, and the staff is super friendly. The history of the hotel is also very cool. We highly recommend The White House Hotel.

Small restroom for such a large event. The lemonade was leaking so I seen an employee stick his hand in the lemonade and tighten the drain, give it a good swish and put the lemonade back out for guests.

Great location and amazing history. Wonderful customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended this hotel for a peaceful stay with great views. Just a crosswalk away from a stroll down the gulf.

This hotel has gone above our expectations. My wife and I came down for one night to get away, and ten minutes after checking in we went back to desk and requested another night. The staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean and cozy. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

What a disappointment! I paid for Gulf View. Was charged $202 online before arrival. After arriving, was charged an additional $30 and got a view of the parking lot. Very, very disappointed. This is our 36 wedding anniversary and started off bad thanks to The White House.

Me and my husband stayed ONE night for the weekend of scraping the coast. We had to wait forever to check in because the "manager" had to inspect the room. When we got to the room, the bathroom had broken glass on the floor!! I almost stepped on it!! Great "inspection" .... The room was ok.. The restaurant downstairs was terrible. Apparently they have had two cooks since we last stayed and the food was disappointing. The pool was dirty and had plastic floating in the pool. We were ready to check out the next day and they told us that there was a 100$ deposit for the room, which is fine. As we were on our way home our bank account showed we were charged double for the room and deposit which ended up to be around 700$ for ONE NIGHT. We understand mistakes happen and we were trying to be understanding of the situation until they told us that this was normal procedure to charge you double for your room. Our family members had a room the same night we did, and this did not happen to them. As I am trying to get in contact with the manager, the ladies at the front desk are only letting me leave messages instead of talking to me about. They have not apologized or called me back. I will never stay here again. This is not our first time having this problem here.

Decent food and nice atmosphere. Went on New year's eve so they had some issues with it being so busy. Spoke with the manager a few days later and he made it very obvious that he cares about his guests and wants to make things right.

The White House Hotel is truly a wonderful place to visit. It starts with a very comfortable lobby with several areas to sit and visit overlooking the beach. The lobby bar is different from any I've seen with wine on tap and some great craft beers to enjoy while watching the games on several TVs. The food in Cora's restaurant was delicious and some of the best I've had in awhile. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds! Go on up to the third level to find another great bar and upper deck with lounge chairs, fire pits, and best of all - televisions to watch the games while enjoying the great fall weather. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to go to a very up-scale and unique hotel.

Great! Beautiful property. The bartenders are kind of weird though. Actually Frank and James do a great job. Just messing with them. I always stop by when in the area to say hello. Much recommended!

The White House Hotel.

The White House Hotel.
What could we say, about this hotel? But, it's everything we say we're looking for in a hotel, on our "Two Tenderfoot Tourists" podcast. "It's clean and safe."
But... the White House Hotel is a whole lot more! It is by-far the nicest, most comfortable home away from home we have ever encountered on our many vacations. The employees were ALL so friendly and accommodating. The front desk attendants were warm and welcoming. The bartenders were professional and delightful. The service in Cora's was quick and very attentive to our needs. Plus, the food and atmosphere exceeded our expectations.
The location of White House Hotel is perfect. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and within minutes of entertainment and food.
My only complaint about White House Hotel is I had to leave it in Biloxi, MS.
(SHOUT-OUT to Bartender Michael! Excellent recommendations on drink selections. I have a hankering for the Yazoo Hefeweizen! Which is making my beard a BOLD fiery red. AND, Sandy is just dreaming of a vodka margarita. LOL! )
Thanks again for making our get away so wonderful.

We stopped in to see what the inside of the property looked like and to inquire about rates. The lobby is so spacious and beautiful. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. We decided to stay and sit at the bar. The bartender was fantastic. We ordered two martinis and the meat/cheese board and it was all delicious. We can't wait to stay here soon and we made a reservation for the Christmas Brunch.

The hotel is pretty cool. It's an older building, so be aware that it's old. The doors don't exactly line flush to the floor. The walls are thin. The rooms are not too big. The shower setup is nice. Overall, not too shabby.

My husband and I stayed at the White House hotel in February. The entire two-day experience was a NIGHTMARE. When we walked into our hotel room it was freezing and discovered that the thermometer was broken. The shower door was broken and would not close and the water pressure from the shower trickled out of the shower head with no water pressure. The night-shift front desk attendant said that they would upgrade us to a suite in the morning and give us a credit in the hotel s restaurant. We tried to stay out of the room as much as possible due to the frigid temperature so we decided to check out the roof top terrace that the front desk attendant highlighted as one of the hotel s premier features to find it was infested with big spiders and webs all over. We went back to our room and was woken up the next day by a rude and unprofessional phone call from Elinor at the front desk and the first thing she said was she was not going to honor anything that the night-shift attendant promised us and if we wanted to move to a different room we had to pay an additional fee. My husband and I then went to the front desk to speak to Fran, the supervisor. Fran was very rude and told us that they were not going to do anything. My husband explained to her in detail what we experienced and asked her why she was not going to honor what we were told the previous night. Fran said, I will only honor half of what was promised to you, and just to be clear I am not going to give you any credit in our restaurant . We moved to the new room and immediately noticed there was a strong odor coming from the wall AC/ heater unit. It was so unpleasant talking to the front desk that we decide to take it upon ourselves to find a housekeeper to ask for some room spray. Soon after getting the spray from housekeeping, Fran called us and the first thing that she said was what is the problem now in a loud rude tone. My husband kindly told her that there was no problem and said we just asked for some spray because the room has an odor. The spray that was provided to us did not have much in it so we drove to Walmart and bought a bottle of Febreze to help eliminate the overbearing smell in the room so we could get some rest. When asked, Fran and Elinor told us that they did not have the corporate phone number and the General Manager Miranda would not be in until Tuesday. On Tuesday we called Miranda and she was very aggressive at the beginning of the conversation. She stated they were not going to refund any money to us but acknowledged the issues that she has with her staff.

My husband and I travel often and have never complained about any service. It is disappointing how poor and unprofessional customer service can impact an experience.

Whatever you do, DO NOT have a wedding at this hotel. The communication between the staff and the hosts were absolutely terrible. We had set table cloths out and it was calling for rain the day of the wedding, and the staff said they would remove the table cloths from the table if it rained. It started pouring rain and once of our guests went to check to see if they had removed them and they failed to do so. They were soaked and the bride went and confronted them about it . The receptionists starting laughing and smirking at her. VERY unprofessional. I will NEVER be coming back to this hotel!! Only thing I enjoyed was the pool.
