Awesome hotel. Insanely friendly and helpful staff. Hated the showers. They need longer shower curtains.

I've always loved this place. It's a must when you in town
My husband and I stayed here Jan. 13-Jan. 14. Everything was amazing! The rooms have that vintage feel but are modern at the same time. The bar was relaxing. The entire property is beautiful! The lady at the front desk, Courtney, was extremely friendly and helpful! I dont see how this place could get anything less than 5 stars! It was the perfect anniversary getaway!
This place was horrible! Was supposed to have a king suite with gulf view. In the pictures you can see how pretty of a view we had. Bed was lumpy and pillows had nothing to them. Was supposed to have a soaking tub , nope, welcome to your walk in shower. Very disappointed all the way around. The only positive thing is they gave me a full refund. Good customer service
Btw Ialso booked this hotel in the hotel after a wondrrful brunch at the end of May 2015 ... I booked 5 rooms for my 4 children and my husband for my 60 birthday ... on June 6 I called and cancelled due to too expensive and the lady said no problem. ..absolutely no problem because it was so early ... well today I recieved a bill for 1100.00 .... omg I'm sick to my stomach. ..no cancellation number was offered to me .... I thought it was not a problem. ...spoke to Brittney in office 3 times today with no luck ...it's locslly owned and I asked that the owner call me ...no call back yet ....Christmas is around the corner and I have 5 grandbabies and 2 on the way ...please give me my money back .... I even recommended the restaurant to friends and family ....HELP ....btw our birthday were in September ... so that was 3 months notice :(
Gorgeous olde tyme hotel with modern freshness. Staff were great. Food and drinks at Cora's (on-site restaurant) were top-flight.
Absolutely beautiful! To bad the staff usually responded that it wasn't part of their job!
Horrible we still here on our 2nd night in our room leaks really bad from the window in the rain like pools up almost 3gallgallons bucket in one he. In she tells me they can fix it she can't move me to another room she can't give me no discount only thing she can do is a 40$ food discount at their restaurant
Small rooms, showers are like warm the view was a gulf view, so they say!
Beautiful on the outside but not the same on the inside.
Well what can I say it's a very high place. It's a lot more classy you don't want to go in there dressed up like a bum the food I feel is out of this world of great looking food like you would see on the TV shows and the way they set him up and everything as well worth it if you can afford it I'm not the type that can afford that all the time but I do like to try different things all the time. It is so fine and fancy in there and the people are friendly everybody down to the hostess the waiters waiters I mean I find it to be impeccably fantastic but like I said it's not something I could do everyday. But if you want to get away and have a gourmet meal and a glass of wine and feel very special you will definitely want to go there and try it. I always try to tell the customers that I talked to go try it for yourself just even if it's one time that would give you the chance to understand because everybody's taste buds are different you know we all come from different backgrounds and you have to try it just once for yourself. I don't know who they have back there cooking but they have excellent chefs because the food is always perfect. I think that they need to keep the chefs that they have their doing wonderful and I give them the big five star from me.
This is a great place to stay. It has great historical significance, the staff was wonderful as is every aspect of this roadside property.
I went to Coras in The White House hotel for brunch. While a little pricey they definitely have one of the best brunches in town. Everything tastes fresh and the bloody marys are excellent. The restaurant has the option to curtain off your table if you want the feel of a private room.
Husband surprised me for my 50th Birthday. Upon arrival, we felt welcomed. Upon leaning that it was my birthday, we were upgraded to the Bridal Suite. Very nice! All staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unique historical hotel if you plan to visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast area.
Delectible food great service must stay here when travelling thru Everytime!
Pool was gross kids every where staff didn't care, bait and switch hotel.
I was pretty excited to book this hotel and a great evening with my wife. From all the things I've heard about this place, it was a little disappointing. Don't get me wrong, the staff was excellent. The room was smaller than I expected and the bathroom as well. The room looks really nice but just small. I attempted to move the curtains and got poked by a safety pin that was all over the curtain for some reason. So I couldn't adjust it to have a window view. The sink area was really tight, I didn't have any room to put anything on there. Before I left before dinner, I turned the air down to 69 degrees and it never got below 72 which was odd. I like my room cold when I sleep but it was warmer than I wanted. I heard a week or so later that they're going through renovations but it was never stated on their site. I will try this hotel again one day, hopefully it'll be a better experience for us.
We had a comfortable room with a view and very nice bar area for drinks. The only bad part of our stay was the breakfast the following morning in the restaurant. It's hard to mess up breakfast, but they did it. $28 plus tip for the absolute worst breakfast we've ever had at a hotel restaurant. Born and raised in Biloxi which means this hotel is special to me. Won't eat there again. LOVED everything else about our stay.
the oldest and most beautiful hotel on the Gulf Coast
I booked my reservation through Expedia and canceled it before the cancelation date through Expedia as I was suppose to. My card was still charged for the full amount even after I received a confirmation email. After I spoke with management to refund my money they turn around and put an authorization for another nights stay on my card. So, they have over $700 out of my account causing me to overdraft. My account was in shambles for days and they refused to refund my overdraft fees bc it's not "policy". It may not be policy but its your fault that this incident is occurring. I fulfilled my responsibility of cancelling in a timely manner but still encountered basically unauthorized charges. I really was looking forward to patronizing this establishment but after this experience I won't be.
Very nice hotel. Beautiful view of the beach from the lobby. Very clean and nice ambiance.
I recently wrote a review and I must make amends. My gun was stored in the safe provided by the hotel and when I left the clip was missing? They called me two days latter they have found the clip under the mattress. I m not sure how it happened... but I d like to thank the staff and the hotel for retrieving the amII, and I d like to assure this hotel we as patrons want safety, kind welcome and clean rooms. All that was given to me. Thank you for helping me retrieve my belongings.
Except Corey n Cora's staff, no COMMENT. Stephanie is Locked n Loaded for Vear-: love her style n Profey GittyUp. Colonel HBW3. The dude worldwide. Jesus is Lord
Very nice. Wednesday happy hour and half price wine excellent. A lot of nice people.
The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are unbelievably nice and the location is just amazing.
Beautiful hotel located on the beach. Clean rooms. Friendly atmosphere. A+
The hospitality is great. The rooms are small with little space for seating and connections. I was basically comfortable.
Phenomenal hotel and view, especially for a wedding weekend. Will definitely stay here again!
The renovations to the rooms are nice. We had a comfortable king sized bed. The whole hotel has been nicely renovated. It has some modern updates while keeping the old charm. The pool is a nice size and has a hot tub. The only complaint here is that the pool was green. They've had a lot of rain recently and have been working on the pool alot. The hotel is also right across from the beach which is nice. We would definitely come back again.
Absolute gorgeous luxury. The only way to do Biloxi if you are a baller
Very nice hotel. Weird bar scene. Beautiful location; little pricey but had a nice stay. Clean. But nothing special and the wifi was rough.
We intentionally stayed here for our third time and to have a gulf view. I specifically asked not to be on the first floor when the reservation was made. After paying the extra price , we were placed on the first floor with a view of a shrub and a tree. Customer service is not their priority as it was when they first opened. Cora s was not open for breakfast on Friday morning. It was a very disappointing stay compared to our other visits.
My Husband and I just celebrated my B.Day at this Hotel.
Beutiful hotel, very clean ,the view from my room is amazing
The staff members were excellents, were all very friendly.
Very good Restaurant, and bar service excellent. The bartender Frank do great job. Thanks!
I recommend this Hotel the best in Mississippi.
III be back soon.

So, my wife and I have been coming here since our Honeymoon 4 years ago. We absolutely love this hotel. The staff has always been super friendly. The bartenders make great drinks and Cora's has awesome steaks. We highly recommend everyone stay here at least once, and be hooked like we are.
The rooms are great. There are roomy and spacious. Bring your own pillows if you do not like soft pillows. Customer service was good. I haven't had any reason to report. Great place to relax.
Great food in a "Old South Style". A nice "Touch of Class".
Great place to stay near downtown, across from the beach
Room dirty, extreme lack of services relative to comparably priced hotels in the area. Guest services not as advertised and not enough staff to reopen. Facility not kept up to standard for hotel in this class and price range. It left us underwhelmed. I won t ever stay there again.
It was a beautiful backdrop for the wedding I attended
Amazing service! Comfy bed. Beautiful, unique decor. Get the romance package. It's definitely worth it.
I was just amazed, the gorgeous decor, the whole property on the beach, 10 stars
Do not waste your money, this hotel is the type of hotel that has put paint and a few cute but cheap decor items on a poorly built hotel nd called it a boutique hotel, their decor is a very sad attempt at modern decor because they went way too cheap on it. Paper thin walls, you can literally hear everything, tiny rooms, tiny sinks in the bathroom with spouts that are too big for the sinks, their whole second floor is in serious need of WD-40 and a housekeeping staff that knows how to go in and out of rooms without slamming the doors. Worst part is I told the manager about all of these issues and that because of the paper thin walls and the door slamming housekeeping that I got 5 hours of sleep on my wedding night and THEY DID NOTHING about it. I have worked in the hotel industry for a decade and that is seriously disgraceful.
Lovely views, comfortable bed, and the front desk personnel could not have been nicer. It was raining when we checked in (see photo from room) so we never got to use the pool, but the down pillows were soft and the shower was perfect. Loved the contemporary decor.
Well we loved it by mistake.
Went in to see what was inside of such a beautiful building.
The interior screams sophistication and style.
We drank and at at the bar with Mr. Dolores.
Yep. Mr. Delores. Mr. T was at the front dedk.
The martinis and meat and cheese board were so delicious.
We are dining there on Christmas day.
A luxury hotel in Biloxi! Not like the casino hotels with dirty carpets and old sheets. This place is clean, luxurious, and great sheets. This was like an NYC luxury hotel in Biloxi! Make sure you make "Happy Hour" at the bar, and talk to the bartender, and get some of the delicious appetizers. Then we were going to go to the most expensive restaurant in Biloxi for dinner, but were glad we didn't, because we ate at the White House Hotel restaurant, and it was perfect! We plan to go back to Biloxi just to stay there!
Best happy hour, nightly drink specials and appetizers. Plus you can't beat the friendly bartenders, James and Frank they are the best.
Rooms are great too, it's my new go to hotel for my business travel.
We had a wonderful time at The White House Hotel. Our room was clean, and very comfortable. After a long day of driving we decided to have cocktails and dinner in their place, Cora's. Food was great but the best part of the evening was our fantastic bartender, James. He is entertaining and a great mixologist. We will definitely be back again.
Nice bar and great service. Didn't stay in a room so can't commenton that.
Love the third floor bar and terrace. You can also get great food from Cora's restaurant up there.
Very classy establishment, unique decor and history to the hotel, friendly staff, clean, and amenities are first-class and accommodating.
Don't know I been feeling like a step child here so far..
Fantastic location. Staff was excellent and helpful.
Small rooms, do not come here if your claustrophobic. No refrigerator in room and not very inviting. Stay down the road at one of the casinos or resorts of you want a more lively atmosphere. Plus side it is well kept up and clean.
Excellant service. Food was 5 star. Will definitely go again.
Can't speak for rooms, but enjoyed the atmosphere while attending a friend's wedding. Pleasant staff, assuming it was their catering?
Great place to visit. Quality rooms and restaurant. Very beautiful view of the beach and close as well. Service was excellent.
I stayed for a night and the pool area and room were great, but the restaurant was really disappointing. The service was so incredibly slow and it was not busy at all. I ended up just giving the server my card and asking for the glass of wine I ordered to go because the wait was so long. I got the check back with no itemized receipt so I asked for one, but it took so long I decided to forgo the receipt and glass of wine and just leave. The server saw me on the way out and said she could get the wine, but I didn t even want it at that point. The food was okay, but the service was really bad.
