You can't go wrong here! I have taken my dogs here for the past 2 years now and they absolutely love it! The 2 facilities, one for cats and the other for dogs, are nice and spacious. The staff is wonderful and friendly!

We used this place for a few years a while back and thank god we never have to go back. At the time we thought it was the only grooming facility around, and so we felt that we would simply have to put up with the incredibly rude ownership and groomers. They also engage in malicious business practices towards other local business's.
Besides the chopped grooms, unfriendly staff, and immoral and sickening business practices, Miss Kittys does have a decent retail area. We dont need business's like this in Nashville though.

Outstanding care for our two dogs and cat. Staff members are true animal lovers so they treat each pet like they their own. Highly recommend.

Great grooming experience! Took in a friends dog who had gotten a patchy haircut elsewhere and they transformed her. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. The groomer even called before beginning to clarify; the personal touch made us feel at ease and in the loop.
The pup came out looking happy, clean, and gorgeously groomed!!

Our little Yorkie loved her stay. Will use again. Best place I have ever used.

I had been going to Miss Kitty's for almost 4 years now to have my cocker spaniel groomed, but unfortunately, this was the last.

I had begun to notice things going downhill over the last year. Prices increased, good groomers left, new groomers were subpar, and the overall consistency of service and haircuts had been a miss.

My last visit, the groomer cut my dog's stomach in multiple places, and she was bleeding when I picked her up. Not only is this extremely alarming, but the customer service was frankly terrible. They called me to let me know my dog was ready, 8 hours after I dropped her off, and when I arrived she wasn't even cut and was locked in a crate. I had to wait 45 minutes for her to be ready. Obviously, I was most concerned about the cuts along her stomach, but to make matters worse, the haircut was choppy and uneven, and one set of eyelashes were cut off, the others still there. All this and I was still asked to pay full price... nearly $100 after tip for a 20 pound dog!!

Needless to say, I am relieved I have found a new groomer that exceeds my expectations and is $20 cheaper- a nice bonus! A groomer that genuinely care about the comfort of your animal- something I never really felt was important at Miss Kitty's.

A nice and welcoming place with friendly staff but I am SHOCKED at the pricing. $85 for my 16 lb. cockapoo to get groomed We ve lived all over the country and have never paid more than $65 in six years Not even in DC! We appreciate the groom and staff but this is A LOT of money to ask for a 16 lb dog Miss Kitty s!! I would give staff 5 stars and pricing 1 star

We have taken our dogs to Miss Kitty's for many years, and have had a great experience each time. We can leave town feeling great that our dog is having a fun time, too!

The employees that train the other employees are on their phone and even take naps on the third shift they are so proud about they just make sure the camera can t see them.

We have taken our dachshunds to Miss Kitty's for many years. Even though it is geographically convenient, it is worth the trip because they treat our doxies as their own with much kindness and care. In fact, our doxies always come home as if they've been on a vacation! I highly recommend Miss Kitty's.

The employees that work for Miss Kitty went beyond their duties to make sure I was comfortable leaving my pride and joy Ella with them for a week. I would definitely leave my girl there every time I need boarding.

I have been taking my sweet little pooches for 10+ years to Miss Kitty's and I have always been pleased with the care they received. My first little one that lived for 15+ years and now my little Rocky goes there on a regular basis for "sleepovers" and "vacations" and I am confident each time that he will be well cared for. The staff always treats Rocky like he is special. Thanks to everyone who works there for a job well done!!

I have used their grooming and boarding services. These people care about your pet. They are professional, courteous and patient. Although more expensive than some other places in town, you definitely get what you pay for.

I've been taking my dog to Miss Kitty's Bed & Bath daycare and boarding for 2 1/2 years now. The staff is professional, positive, and genuinely seem interested and caring toward my dog. As a matter of fact, they all seem to know her name whenever she comes through the doors! I've also noticed how they continually examine what's working well, what needs to be changed, and how to maintain a high quality services, which is important to any organization/business. For example, when dog owners started dropping their dogs off to daycare without an appointment and the number of dogs became much too high, Miss Kitty's instituted a policy and made sure to post it clearly to anyone who entered the daycare area. Quickly, the numbers became appropriate once again. Changes happen when policies are enforced and I appreciate that! Another example would be when I witnessed an aggressive dog in daycare, the worker made sure to address it with the pet's owner discreetly, but firmly. Thanks for keeping our dogs safe, well-socialized, and happy! It can't be easy to tell some owners that their dogs aren't yet suitable for mingling with other dogs, but it's responsible and I appreciate it!

We're traveling and needed a doggy daycare for our boy who lost his brother 2 days ago. He's a little too big for their daycare, which is only for shall and medium dogs, but would let him hang out all day waiting for a bath.

They had a young, playful female who was just his size with whom he played all day.

After picking him up from a good day, his eyes are bright again. I'm so pleased with how they treated our boy!

We rescued Leslie Knope (our sweet pug) a few months ago and Miss Kitty's takes GREAT care of her. Leslie is very skittish around other dogs and tends to prefer humans, so I was worried about leaving her there. But the staff is SO amazing with her. I feel like they truly love our dog and take good care of her. We use their daycare regularly and there's always someone keeping a good eye on them. Their webcams also allow you to watch from home. Leslie especially like her baths that she gets here. She always comes home with a cute scarf on and smelling good. It's a friendly environment where they know your pet by name the second you walk in the door. It might be pricier in comparison to other places, but given Leslie's rough past, only the best for her ;) I wouldn't take Leslie to any other pet daycare in Nashville after my experience with Miss Kitty's.

I loved being able to see my dog on camera while I was gone! Everyone seemed very attentive to my dogs needs!

This place was absolutely amazing! I had never boarded my 7 year old black lab and both of us were very nervous. However, the staff was amazing. They answered all of my questions and treated Obie so kindly. I also had to book last minute and they accommodated it so easily. If you're looking for an affordable place with great staff this is it!

The best place in town to bring your dog for a high quality hair cut! Prices may seem high, but you get what you pay for- this is not your typical PetSmart haircut or grooming experience! My dogs genuinely enjoy spending the day at Miss Kitty's, whether it's for boarding/daycare or for grooming. They take wonderful care of the dogs and don't hesitate to call if they have any questions throughout the day. Also they have the cutest little boutique- where else can you get your dog a birthday cake?!

Extremely pleased. The staff was wonderful, and we loved the webcam where we could check in and watch our cat playing in the jungle room and sleeping, eating, etc. She had room to move around in the condo. We'd definitely recommend Ms. Kitty's and will use them again.

great local spot for boarding. our pups always have fun there, and the rates are pretty good, too. they are very watchful of their charges and take note of special requests and details. definitely recommend booking in advance, especially around holidays.

We have been taking our babies to Miss Kitty's for approx. 20 years now. It is so wonderful to be able to go on vacation and know that our babies are in great hands. The staff are very friendly and wonderful!! They know our boys as soon as they come through the doors. It is such a good feeling that when our babies get there they immediately take off and don't look back because they know they are going to be able to play and get lots of love and attention!! I want to say THANKS to the staff for the exceptional job that you do and for taking such good care of our boys!!

We have used Miss Kitty s for quite a few years for both grooming and boarding our Clumber Spaniels (Bruce, Maggie and Fiona). They take excellent care of our dogs. I can t say enough of the staff who treat our dogs like their own. Wouldn t trust anyone else in Nashville.

The groomer at Miss Kitty's was AWESOME. We have a big girl - a golden/pyr mix and normally she just gets shaved down, wo too much thought or care. (This is partially our fault bc by the time we get her in for her summer cut she is a mess of matts and fur!) The groomer clearly took extra time to blend her fur on her head and legs and she came out looking so good! Even managed to salvage a big poof at the end of her wrecked tail. This was our first time to use this groomer, but will definitely be back. They seemed to really love the animals and obviously took great care with the work. I don't know if they have more than one groomer, but I will try to add this guy's name back into the review so he can be requested. He was excellent!

Super friendly management AND staff. Had to take 1-star away because they are often under staffed for the number of baths or grooms scheduled for the day.

I've taken my miniature poodle Biscuit to Miss Kitty's since I got him almost 5 years ago. He always has a great time and the staff there LOVE him! He's been boarded and been to daycare, and I can only say positive things about both. The only problem now is that we live 30 minutes away since we moved and it's not the most convenient- but I will still take him there when we are out of town, they're that good!

Not to long ago I called and I think it was the manager or the owner, one of the two and she was very rude! And it's to expensive!

Love Miss Kitty's! I have been taking my little dog here for over 10 years and have always loved how they care for my dog! The room is great-no cages here! She loves it too. I wouldn't take her anywhere else! 5 stars for Miss Kitty's!

Outrageous prices, poor grooming, poor pet care and FLEAs!!

First off I will say that our dog has a tendency to be nervous around strangers, so he's probably not the easiest to groom, but he received on of the worst haircuts that I have seen in a long time and we paid more than $20 dollars more than other locations we looked at. His face is uneven and his chin looked untouched. They were also unable to pluck his ears, yet we still paid full price.

We did get an extra bonus for the cost however, fleas. That night when he came home we found several fleas on him. He hasn't had fleas in years and hasn't been in contact with any other animals other than his experience at Miss Kitty's for several weeks.

The staff is also obviously inexperienced with nervous animals and common sense for that matter. According to my wife one of the staff members chased the dog around trying to pet him while he tried to hide between my wife's feet. He was so scared that he urinated on the floor. Anyone over 8 years old knows better.

We will never consider going back.

Miss Kitty's always does a wonderful job with my Goldendoodle, Ollie. He is usually groomed by Lauren and she is FABULOUS! He loves her and all the staff at Miss Kitty's. They are a little pricier than some of the other groomers I have tried, but they do such a good job and Ollie is always happy to see everyone, so it's worth it to me.

Love this place, I'm so sad moved out of TN. I will do mail order with the pitterpats treats my furry boy loves them!

I have been taking my babies to Miss Kitty's for several years now. I have always paid the cost to have them in a safe and happy environment. Yesterday I came in to pick up my dogs and was furious with the treatment my dogs were receiving. In the past few months the quality of care and treatment has gone down hill and the prices continue to rise. I have never once said a thing about the prices rising just that I wanted my shitzu's taken care of. Yesterday I arrived at the time I was told to pick up my puppy's and I walked into our youngest on the table and Crystal was rough housing her with the hairdryer and brush. The girl at the front desk went into ask about the finish time and I overheard her complaining about our dogs and how long it had taken to demat them. No matter what condition their coats are in I pay well for them to be groomed and and dematted. If there was a problem with their hair someone should have called me and not been mistreating my puppies because of your lack of work ethic. If you are reading this post BEWARE OF THE TREATMENT YOUR ANIMAL WILL RECEIVE AT THIS FACILITY!!!! THEY PUT A GREAT FRONT BUT BEHIND THE SCENES IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY ANIMALS TO THIS FACILITY AGAIN.

I am a stylist at a high end salon in Nashville and know what great customer service looks like! Miss Kitty's employees (front desk and groomers) are top notch! They took it an extra step to making sure i was comfortable leaving my little Tallulah Belle in their hands! I have full confidence in them and they will are highly recommended in my book!

I asked them to hand strip my dog all one length. The first time they left his legs and belly hair longer than the rest of his hair. I thought maybe I wasn't clear enough so I brought him back two weeks later which was the earliest they could see him again. I told the lady at the front and also the groomer when she called me I wanted him all one length to please do his legs and belly. Again when I picked him he looked the exact same! Except this time he had bald patches on his back from where they over stripped his back! I had to pay twice for the same awful haircut. My dog is not a Westie this is not the standard cut for my dog's breed. I would never recommend this place

My boys were at Miss Kitty's for three nights. Every time I looked at the on-line pet cam, they looked like they were enjoying their time with the other dogs and many times the caretaker was petting them. I'm very happy with the care they got and will definitely leave them with Miss Kitty's staff next time I need to board them.

My adorable puppy had the worst haircut . Never again will I bring her here. I am so upset about this. I even gave them a picture to go by.

Miss Kitty's is the BEST. I have a very skittish 6 lb Yorkie and I feel 100% confident leaving him on a weekly basis for daycare. The staff is kind, answers questions, cooperative, and very accommodating. It's also the only place in Nashville that has amenities strictly for small dogs which makes me feel so safe. My dog has become super attached to his daycare teacher too, which means he trusts her; this makes me so happy.

Great place. Caring, with separate area for older dogs, and supervised group room. Many nice features.
