The friendliness of the staff, decoration, all services, the perfect pool, the very complete breakfast, in short I WILL COME BACK. To move to other places now I always look for a Eurostar before.
It is a small gym but with few people so you hardly feel overwhelmed when doing the workouts. The staff always attentive and willing to help you in whatever you need. The spa is wonderful and quite large to be in a place like this hotel. All care to detail. The only thing he would need is to lower the prices a little.

A very nice hotel. Very expensive to eat or drink at the hotel. Also watch out for the wifi access. They have 2 different ones. One is called Link_Sheraton and is free in the lobby only. The other one can be accessed in the room but there is a 19 Euro charge, even if you just use it once. They did not tell me this when I checked in. The free one does not work in your room.
Really nice hotel!! Friendly helpfull staff! Big rooms, soft bed, everything good so far. Untill our last evening. Decided to eat in the hotel verdil restaurant. We ordered 2 half plate's wich came fast and were very tasty! But we still were hungry and decided to order a plate more.. But the answer was 'no'.. Not 'im sorry, no' or 'im very sorry but thats not possible'. Just 'NO'.. Thats was really rude!! A five star hotel where it's not possible to order an additional dish??!! The worst thing was that our waiter didn't speak english.. Only spanish! Again, in a five star hotel?? A really rude waiter.. It was frustrating to see the table next to us beeing served perfectly by another waiter. To bad for the hotel but without our last evening it was worth a five star review..

It would be a 5star for me but i hate the fact that you have to pay for the indoor pool and hotub they get away by calling it a "spa" the rooms here are quite pricey so its bad that we have to pay extra to swim indoors

We went with an offer of Groupon spa 1h + Turkish bath + sauna (these two are inside the locker rooms) and then deliciously healthy brunch served very kindly and composed of juice, toast, salmon, turkey, Burgos cheese, crushed tomatoes, avocado and You with a dessert. Both the spa (super complete, large, clean and with beds) and sensational brunch. I recommend it one hundred x one hundred to enjoy with your partner and leave ultra-relaxed.

The hotel was one pass, and in a very quiet area. Of course, a breakfast for 25 euros. I did not ask.
Not impressed by this 5* hotel. They had my booking details wrong (they charged me even though the company had paid, so I had to claim it back). The milk was only replaced once without me asking. I came back once and found my door on the latch after the cleaner had been in. Also, the bath towels were replaced everyday whereas most places now only replace at request alongside an eco policy.

Nice big hotel, not the best location for my needs. It was about 15 euro taxi to city center and 10 euro to where many of the office buildings are. The hotel itself had extremely large rooms, mine felt like an apartment. Oddly, they delivered room service that I did not order, so I question how tight the operations are.

The hotel is very good, a huge hall that has a table next to the reception with jelly beans and chocolates for customers to take freely. The room I have stayed in was a premium suite, a huge room, a large bed with a very comfortable mattress and several pillows to choose the one you like the most, the bathroom with shower, dressing room, whirlpool bath, bathrobes and slippers and we also find a hairdryer and a safe. In addition to making the reservation on their website they offer water and chocolates, breakfast is included and parking is free for customers.
In summary recommended 100%. Oh and I went as a couple and you have buttons that help you with your luggage and you park your car if you want in the parking lot.

Great! Comfortable rooms, air-conditioned with small glass (microwave, kettle, minibar, sink and cupboards) and table with 4 chairs for meals. Table for work. Bathroom with separate bath and shower (Shower with low flow). We are a family with 2 adults and 2 children, and we stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed which were super comfortable! And the view from the apartment to the city is fantastic. Parking is free for guests and the entrance is on the street behind the hotel (it is a paid public parking with entrance to the hotel). It has swimming pool and SPA. The breakfast is very varied but the price is high ( 25). At the time of check in we were offered for 18. If eating well, worth a try (even if it's a lonely day). There is a nearby market where you can shop. The hotel is located in a residential area, away from the center, but if you are in a car, just park in one of the numerous parking lots in the city and hit the leg or take the subway that is also close to the hotel.
