Not impressed by this 5* hotel. They had my booking details wrong (they charged me even though the company had paid, so I had to claim it back). The milk was only replaced once without me asking. I came back once and found my door on the latch after the cleaner had been in. Also, the bath towels were replaced everyday whereas most places now only replace at request alongside an eco policy.
