Sometimes I wonder why the lowest recommendation is 1 star on Google maps. This ministry is worth zero, if not negative.

The attitude of customer service is almost always bad. One of the worst services I have encountered in my life.

Yes yes I understand that it is made more difficult by facing the pandemic that we are currently experiencing. However, even before this health crisis, the processing times defined by the ministry were not respected. Let s take a look at ARRIMA, where they ve changed the definition of 6 months for MAXIMUM processing time several times. We have nothing more to talk about and comment on.

I would say we are in the 21st century. I wonder why they count on the postal device for filing documents. Why is it not possible to create an online portal, like that of the Arrima, as part of the PEQ?

Also, as part of a provincial government, I could never have imagined that the ministry could do anything it wanted, regardless of anyone. The Minister of Immigration, a lawyer, graduated from one of Canada's top universities. But although he is a lawyer, he did not comply with migration laws. In particular, he demanded that his ministry stop working on some 18,000 permanent selection files before new laws were passed, which was illegal. A few months later, he suddenly changed the rules of the game over the PEQ, which is said to have affected thousands of students and international workers. Again, he did not consult anyone, did not think about the human consequences. He could have shattered dreams of too many people.
