I can't speak highly enough of the amazing customer service I've received from the team at Hoxton Mix since I registered with them. The whole process from registering to receiving mail and have it scanned and forwarded (as needed) is a breeze and they are so helpful and efficient. I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone who needs a virtual address/office in London.

The reception person was very considerate in helping me to sign up via the website. Once I signed up, I needed to go through a series of identification checks in order to have my account activated. A few days later, I had my first item of post come through, I was notified by email and it was sent to me by 1st class post

Well - i ve considered moving my services to another firm because of an issue (found out to be) beyond Receiver.io (hoxtonmix) s fault.

MD got involved and sorted everything out, he chased emails although it was late in the evening.

I decided to move our managed post to Hoxton Mix after the guys over at Capital Office/Kemp House (with their fake 5 star reviews) repeatedly lost our mail and credit cards (we used to have to wait up to 3 weeks for letters to be scanned over if they ever arrived). The Hoxton Mix are extremely fast, efficient and professional.l in comparison. They notify you on the day your letter arrives and scan over your post in a very short time frame. As of yet they have not lost one piece of our post. Highly recommended.

The Hoxton Mix provides a great virtual office service if you want a London address, however don't want to pay a premium in the process. The staff are all very helpfull and make you feel very welcome.

There call answering service is absolutely outstanding. Its affordable and the receptionists are also very friendly. They even setup a holiday message for my company, after speaking to a very friendly team member of Hoxton Mix. Highly recommended. Best call answering service I have came across.

Prompt response to my emails, setup was mostly painless although you do need to provide photo identification and a recent utility bill for everyone with a controlling interest in the business, which seemed a bit OTT.

Long story short; I'm desperately looking for a lost mail sent by Hoxton Mix.
I don't know what's in it, where did it go or it's important or not. I'm asking for some simple details about my post to claim a lost mail to Royal Mail at least, they don't have any records.

They could have kept some details to help their clients for claiming. But, Nothing there.

Unfortunately, I've bought annual package and I must wait until the agreement ends. I'm not sure about the renewal anymore. I trusted the reviews. But think again, especially if you intend to run a business.

Not exactly the company you want to work with if you are living abroad. Their requirements for residence documentation are more difficult than banks etc.

In my last request, they even wanted me to send them a "selfie" :)

Not a company I can recommend.

I have moved to another provider already, who seems to have order in their documentation requests.

HMRC, Companies House, and my UK Bank accept the same documents I sent you, with no comments.

I have been customer at your company from 2015. When I added a new company, then you ask me to provide "selfie" and get my documents notarized at a cost of 200 euro extra, just to satisfy your own "rules" / or maybe your misinterpretation of the given law.. this is for no use as the organizations mentioned above did accept the documents without any comments.

It seems like your company are not fully equipped for international customers and your requests on getting foreign government documents notarized just add distrust/suspicion on your customers.

Further, using your answer below as a advertising for how good and professional your company is and that you just are following know your customer rules, is at least a bit ironic, as I have been a customer at your company for 5 years, and you did not recognize that (know your customer).

Hoxton Mix are great, I have been regularly collecting my mail from their offices for nearly two years. They are always very welcoming and professional. The London address service really helps build business; it enables me to project a professional image to my clients. I work part time from home, and because I don't have an office the virtual address really is a cost effective way of impressing my clients. I would certainly recommend them.

I have been using the Hoxton Mix virtual office scan for approximately 5 years and have always received a great service. As someone who travels with business allot the Hoxton Mix team are invaluable in arranging the post to be sent onto me by email and also hard copy.

Some users of this site may have seen a negative review from myself about The Hoxton Mix yesterday. I have over the past day received nothing but fantastic care from one of the directors Chris and the office manager Lisa.

There were a lot of issues which arose from miscommunication a lot of which was from myself at not being clued up about the business practices and also about certain issues which were not very clear.

All this lead to a build up of frustration from both sides and resulted in the negative outcome that occurred. However I have been promised the service will resume to what it was when I first took services from Hoxton Mix 5 years ago which was based on amazing customer care and great services at very good rates for what they offer.

The fact that I am continuing my service with Hoxton Mix even after all the issues is a credit to how willing these guys are to provide a customer friendly experience and have done everything within their power to rectify the mistakes made from both sides.

I can honestly say that after yesterday I was extremely upset that I would leave a company after such a long period of time but they have gone above and beyond to make things right and for that they deserve huge credit.

I anticipate that these guys will be my service provider for the duration of my business career and the only reason I m holding off a full 5 star review is just to allow the service to resolve back to the normal high quality that it was when I first took the service. But I m sure I will be back in the near future to give these guys the full 5 stars. This is an honest review from a long standing customer and not some of the paid up reviews you come across about various other companies.
