Well - i ve considered moving my services to another firm because of an issue (found out to be) beyond Receiver.io (hoxtonmix) s fault.

We simply couldn t!

MD got involved and sorted everything out, he chased emails although it was late in the evening.

We had so much nice feedback from our customers regarding the ladies who picks up our calls, it was causing me nightmares, as a business owner, if i go somewhere else, would they look after my clients?

Never mind. Dont have to think about that anymore
