It was a perfect stay and had a great view with just enough rooms

The stuff was super helpful and friendly, the room was in perfect condition, clean, warm and well designed. Breakfast was wonderful! Great value for money.

Nice and renovated hotel with a very good breakfast!

The hotel is beautiful, but it has noisy at night from to the street, drunken voices until after dawn, and also the church sound every two hours loud sounds. Breakfast is very normal. They have a sweet coffee machine. The reception is bad.
Free parking is very tight
There is no refrigerator in the room
There is a kettle
Cleaning the rooms any words walk you
Also carry bags and download yourself

Worst place ever...paid 14 euros for whisky. Got 5 euros worth of bourbon....

WARNUNG ! Dieses Hotel ist eine einzige Falle. Los ging es mit einer telefonierenden Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption die nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit pampig ihr Telefonat beendete und sehr unfreundlich war.

The owners us the service very helpful and friendly, the (wedding) food fantastically good, rooms new, functional and yet homelike: highly recommended !

I loved the place, the room is perfect, great service and great staff..same for the location , walking from here you can reach a lot of good places, restaurants and sure the lake ..

Great hotel with good service. The rooms are currently in perfect shape, with good access to other facilities. The skiroom is also ver accessible and there is a renting facility 10 m outside it called discount rental. The restaurant of the hotel is a bit of a hit or miss, the dinner was bland but the breakfast was perfect. The hotel is 10 min walk from the skilift if you walk with your ski boots.

We were only in the green tree for a cozy dinner. After a certain waiting time for a free space, we were allocated this without a large clean-up / cleaning action. The food was flawless, but it was not the right location for a cozy evening. It is very, very loud, employees and regular guests talk in a volume that is unusual for a restaurant (sports field atmosphere).
We will certainly not visit the Green Tree a second time.

Hotel central and right in the center. Room ok, large shower and bathroom. Breakfast nothing special, there was only one kind of bread roll and a very bitter coffee. The male receptionist did not enjoy his work. Not worth 4 stars.

Overpriced - and avoid the breakfast.
We had an apartment, which was essentially sofa beds in a kitchen/dining area with a separate double bedroom.
When we checked in i am convinced they said that breakfast was 5. However, we were charged 15, including my teenage girls. Not even sure that it was worth 5 though.

Poor sleep due to noise at night and very early in the morning. Dinner is served way too fast, you have just finished one, then the next course comes again, 5 courses and within an hour you are outside again. Furthermore, a good hotel, friendly staff! You can eat better in the a la carte restaurant, delicious and very cozy!

Very nice location...very close to tbe lake ad the activities in zell am see...i recomend to stay here...it is cleane and tbe staff are helpfull.

The existing space is used, is clear. But stooping shower annoys! The roof pitch is just above the bathtub.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to the waterfront. Unfortunately very noisy rooms, esp. at night from the bar underneath.

We have a booking at this hotel next weekend, but unfortunately, my partner has developed symptoms of Coronavirus. Despite this fact. and the danger that the two of us would likely infect all the Hotel's staff and guests, the Hotel was happy to keep our booking!

I was very surprised they would not let us cancel or reschedule - but that seems to be their policy. I would not recommend anyone go here until after there is a vaccine and everyone is safe.

Excellent location in the centre of Zell am See. Reasonable value for money considering location, with food and drink also affordable.
The staff were excellent and especially helpful when we experienced a motorcycle breakdown whilst in their garage. We needed recovery to a Honda dealer and the staff, especially Karl, were extremely helpful and supportive.
Would recommend a room in the newer building and would ask for a quiet room, given the central location. Would certainly use again and no hesitation in recommending the facilities and staff.

The hotel itself is really very nice and everything is great, but if you can never sleep at night because the noise level is very high, both from the street and from the guests in the hallway, unfortunately the best hotel is of no use. We had read the reviews beforehand, but we didn't think it was so blatant.
Unfortunately, this hotel is no longer an option for us, so sorry we are, but a little sleep at night should be!
Here guests are in good hands who like to party late into the night and get by with little sleep.

Centrally located hotel within walking distance (<10 minutes) away from the CityExpress ski lift. The restaurant across the street belongs to the hotel and has a good kitchen.

Good breakfast. When it s raining outside, you can take an umbrella from the hotel. For those who come to the Ironman, the rooms have a separate room where you can place a bike. Underground four-level parking for cars this time was filled to capacity. The hotel offers cycling tours.

The hotel is located directly on the pedestrian zone. The disadvantage is that the noise level is high. Since the hotel has no air conditioning (therefore 4 stars) you have to close the window at night or sleep with a plug. Breakfast and service are good. The free parking garage is very cramped.
The place itself is beautiful but flooded with Arabs. At least every second tourist comes from this area. And I have to honestly say that I don't feel comfortable between the fully veiled people.

Nice rooms, very clean. Free parking at the hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast very good and large selection. Dinner very good too. Drink prices a little higher, but still acceptable (e.g. 1/8 wine 4.60). Location very good (in the middle of town) in the high season it can get a bit noisy. Not a problem with our stay, because of the off-season. Would book again in a heartbeat.

It is an excellent hotel located in the center of Zell am See with perfect access to the ski slopes either by walking to the XCity express or by car to the other stations.
The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous, service is excellent, the breakfast and diner wonderful.
Free parking is provided on site. Rooms are spacious and very clean.
