Some users of this site may have seen a negative review from myself about The Hoxton Mix yesterday. I have over the past day received nothing but fantastic care from one of the directors Chris and the office manager Lisa.

There were a lot of issues which arose from miscommunication a lot of which was from myself at not being clued up about the business practices and also about certain issues which were not very clear.

All this lead to a build up of frustration from both sides and resulted in the negative outcome that occurred. However I have been promised the service will resume to what it was when I first took services from Hoxton Mix 5 years ago which was based on amazing customer care and great services at very good rates for what they offer.

The fact that I am continuing my service with Hoxton Mix even after all the issues is a credit to how willing these guys are to provide a customer friendly experience and have done everything within their power to rectify the mistakes made from both sides.

I can honestly say that after yesterday I was extremely upset that I would leave a company after such a long period of time but they have gone above and beyond to make things right and for that they deserve huge credit.

I anticipate that these guys will be my service provider for the duration of my business career and the only reason I m holding off a full 5 star review is just to allow the service to resolve back to the normal high quality that it was when I first took the service. But I m sure I will be back in the near future to give these guys the full 5 stars. This is an honest review from a long standing customer and not some of the paid up reviews you come across about various other companies. Big thanks to Chris and Lisa for their understanding and I look forward to working with the guys again!
