Though they largest operational inbound & outbound call center support setup, but they are also seen indulge in fake advertisements, without any actual hiring. Wasting time, energy and money of the opportunity seekers. There are plenty of complaints regarding no advances in the hiring process after conducting interviews and supplying no fair reason to the interviewees.
Provide a lot of vacancies and serving poor students specially

Its just love working here. Every day is a new challenge working here in such a friendly environment. Management is really supportive. Enjoying my work on daily basis. Every day meeting a new challenge and catering a new target is highly appreciated. Team is highly appreciated on meeting the daily targets. Its a challenging job for sure and we're being paid some what better than any other firm being a blue bird.
They usually provides jobs my 2 friends are working there. But they rejected my cV which means it's not 100 percent sure to secure a job. There working environment is very good and they have policies to extract best put of their employees
You can earn good if you have excellent spoken English skills. Follow all rules and regulations and you can get bonus for extra work
It is good place for job seeker's. It has mind blowing building. Car parking is very good.
Mindbridge is a outsourcing company having contract with other multinational companies to run there customer services helpline or some other way
Worst work place environment. They don't give any kind of benefit to their employees and have draconian rules. This can be measured from the fact that they if an employee is late say half an hour Someday due to some urgency, they deduct from the salary of the employee, even though the employee had completed the required work hours of that day by working in the break time. Another reason for my rating it 1 (I would have rated it even low if there was an option) is that they hold the salary of your previous month even if you have been absent for like 2 days....!!!!!

Worst company to work with. Employees are considered as prisoners and upper management is like jail wardons.
It's basically a jail but if you don't have a job then go for it because something is better then nothing.
They are just trapping jobless graduates. they advertise to pay 50k but it's not true at all. They don't pay you for the first month and you actually get your first salary which is upto 36k after two months. Also there are number of deductions in the salary under different names. there is no concept of leave paid or unpaid. Also there lots of restictions.

I wont comment about the company rather about the building itself. Considering the size of its employees, building seems alot smaller. Sitting area is prerty much too basic for visitors. Cafe too is small but has good menu generally. HR office is still just fine it could be alot better. Fire alarms are there but i am not sure about emergency exits

Even i have never worked here but i will give four stars. Today i visited there for interview. I wished to work here because it is a well organized institute. I can see my bright future here. I loved it.
I am coming for interview in mindbridge for last 3 or 4 days ago but we don't receive any call or any email about the mind bridge so that makes sense I am rejected i am correct if you guys confirm me so I can do something about my job because i don't have any job

Crowded office but nice and comfortable to work in.
Its been a good experience so far we get to learned new things on daily basis and management is very supportive. The learning pace is very vertical as well.
