Worst work place environment. They don't give any kind of benefit to their employees and have draconian rules. This can be measured from the fact that they if an employee is late say half an hour Someday due to some urgency, they deduct from the salary of the employee, even though the employee had completed the required work hours of that day by working in the break time. Another reason for my rating it 1 (I would have rated it even low if there was an option) is that they hold the salary of your previous month even if you have been absent for like 2 days....!!!!!
