Minds Transformation (MT) are a team that are committed about helping people in their life journey by embracing NLP. I embarked on my NLP journey when I took a step back from the corporate world and focusing on my personal journey. MT was recommended to me by a good friend and I went in with an open mind, not really knowing what to expect.

I enjoyed that an interactive approach was used. As NLP practitioners, the team is very aware that different people learn in different ways, and it is shown in each skill that is imparted to the class. I appreciated the opportunity to practice the techniques in a safe environment where people can work on what is important for them. Through the NLP and MNLP course, I have been introduced me to a community of people who are self-aware and working on self-mastery every day. I have been truly inspired!

Barney Wee is a good trainer, he is able to impart and demonstrate the NLP skills with structure and clarity. He also embraces feedback from the participants and adjusts his teaching to help us learn better. The MT team are very approachable and go beyond the call of duty in helping when you ask for help.

Its has been an awesome and transformative experience learning NLP with Mind transformation! very impressed with the team who went all out to ensure that the students were able to keep up and gain mastery. Free supplementary refresher courses were organized to enhance our skills application. The team is very sincere in helping the students to push beyond the limits. Barney , the facilitator is great and inspirational. He is adaptive to bring out the best in us. Mind Transformation spirit to strive for excellence and rigor in learning inspired me to want to be a better version of myself every day!

My experience with Mind Transformations is more than just studying in NLP and NLE courses. I have my fullest appreciation and gratitude for Mind Transformations for who I have become nowadays and tremendous inner development I have achieved. You have completely changed my life and how I have become so much connected to the nature. Many thanks to Barney and team for helping me on this journey. I learnt a lot about myself and how I was projecting my own biases, beliefs and expectations on others. The presuppositions were really useful for me and have helped me frame my thoughts and actions.

I heard about NLP from several friends over a few years. Then I thought it was a useful course to improve my communication skills, however, there was no real need to clear 12 full days of my schedule for it.

The turning point came when I had increasing difficulties in communicating with my 8 year old. I knew I needed new ways to be a better parent before the situation becomes irreversible. So I made the decision to attend Mind Transformation s NLP course by hook or by crook. With the blessings of my family, we rearranged our schedules to fit in the 12 days of training.

I had an amazing time during the course! Broken up into 3 modules with a few weeks break in between each module. We had time to soak in what we have learnt and also to review ourselves. It was an enjoyable pace! The course has allowed me to examine my own communication style which turned out to be vastly different from my child s. It explained why I wasn t getting through to her as much as I would like to!!

The course was very hands on. We got to practise and practise what was shared. What amazed me was how transferable the skills were. Each participant had their own desired outcomes in different situations, yet, the skills and principals shared were applicable in all our different situations. How cool is that?

3 months after my NLP journey started, I ve experience improved communications with my child. I ve learnt to be more aware of the subtle shifts in her behaviour, moods and adjust my parenting methods to build a richer and deeper relationship with her. I m still learning to improve on my communication skills, to keep encapsulating our experiences in suitable sizes for her consumption. I m happy to be making this progress from the stagnant state I was previously in.

Besides my child, another beneficiary is my spouse. I could read him better and could engage in more meaningful conversations with higher frequencies. On one occasion, I had the blessed opportunity to coach him!! We managed to get a huge breakthrough when I deployed some of the questioning skills taught in Mind Transformation s NLP course. Feel kinda proud of myself!

Beyond the classroom of the NLP course, Mind Transformation has also thoughtful built a community of like-minded practitioners to keep sharpening our NLP skills. Really grateful for the team that relentlessly answer our questions, guide us, encourage us even after attending the course.

I hope to encourage everyone to consider seriously to invest in ourselves. Spending those 12 days away from my family and responsibilities was really the beginning of becoming a better version of me for the rest of my life. It s totally worth it!
