There are not enough stars that I could possibly give them. Rhonda, At my dads care home, the owner said she has never dealt with a better person/company than you. She has dealt with a few of them in the past and none of them could match the level of love you gave to our sweet papa in his final days. Sadly, due to the pandemic, it wasn't the way we thought we'd be saying our goodbyes, but its not about us, it was about making my dad comfortable and you did just that. God bless all of you. He was beyond LOVED and he will be deeply missed ! Brian, thank you for your help.

We truly can not fully express the gratitude that we feel. You threw us a life line when we had no idea what we were about to encounter, what we were going to need to take care of my mother in-law Norma to provide here with the love and comfort that she deserved and wished for in her final days. The team at Americare was always respectful, inquired what our needs were, and what Norma s needs were. They were always supportive through the process, especially Andrea who walked with us from beginning to end, anticipated issues that we may encounter and treated Norma with the utmost respect from beginning to end.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your compassion during this time.

I have had the pleasure of working with Americare Hospice over the past 4 years and have seen first hand how caring and genuine all of their staff and nurses are. Many people in tough situations will go with a hospice they have heard of so that they don't have to think about what they are looking for but I wish more people knew about Americare Hospice. You can not get better care then with them! They are not just there for care of your loved one they are there for you as well in what can be a most difficult time. I recommend them to everyone who ever needs hospice care!

I just recently had the pleasure of meeting Claudia Arambula. She was a great help with my mom and dad. My father had to go into a care facility and the nurse that met with him is him amazing and caring.
They also have a wonderful person that comes in and helps him shower and clean up. My dad was uncomfortable at first, but now he s very relaxed about it. They also helped my dad when he came from the hospital. It was a big relief to my mom that they were able to help him get to his new care place.

It has been 8 months since my dad passed away. I reflect back on the outstanding care my dad was given and I wanted to thank Americare again..Americare was very professional treating my dad with excellent care the second he got there...I couldn't have wished for a better place and quality of care for my dad...the nursing staff kept us informed and gave us support to handle my dad's final moments...the hospice home was exceptionally clean and beautiful...all the nurses were highly educated and very comforting as they went through each step with us...If you have to make a quick descion like I did to locate and implement hospice care please consider Americare.

I have worked in the senior industry for 14 years and Americare Hospice is and has been one of my go tos for top notch hospice care. Davaree, their Liaison, has a heart of gold. Their staff are always knowledgeable and are wonderful at making sure patients and their families have the support and communication they need during a tough time in their lives. Thank you Americare Hospice and thank you Davaree!

Americare's team and the care of my father and support to our family was above and beyond what we could have imagined or have done alone. We kept my father at home as those were his wishes. Their support was 24 hour, never delayed and so caring. Grief support is on going on a personal level for a year with on going support groups. Special thanks to Terri, Grace, Oscar, Sharon, Jodi, Emily, Graciela and Crosby.

I can't thank Americare enough. Every person I delt with & who cared for mom was amazing. I had a problem at her care center & Rhonda took control of the situation from there. When the family has no idea what to do next, Americare takes over. Thank you for careing & your compassion.

2 months after my father passed, I got a letter of condolence from Americare. Now, at least I know where he spent his final hours alone without anyone who cared about him. Now, I also know you had my contact information the entire time and never reached out to me during the last 24 hours of his life. Now, I know he was less than a mile from my home, transferred from an ALTCS "care home" that also did not contact me. Thanks for the phone call to tell me my Dad was dying.

Our family has been blessed by Americare Hospice & Palliative Care. I met Claudia Arambula and was immediately comforted with the thought that if we ever needed Hospice or Palliative care to call her immediately and they could help in what ever capacity was necessary. I did that and I can tell you that her and her staff have changed the quality of life for my mom at her assisted living home. My mom has her smile back and we have the assurance that she is being loved and taken care of. Claudia and her staff are so good about communicating to me and I know my mom feels comfortable with them about expressing exactly what she is feeling. They listen, love and are committed to making people's last few years peaceful and meaningful.
